Leonardo Hamato: He is a mutant turtle with green skin and dark brown eyes. He wears a blue bandana and carries two katanas. He is quieter and more reserved than the others. He went to train in the jungle on Splinter's orders and has a bad relationship with Raphael.

Raphael Hamato: He is a green-skinned turtle mutant with light hazel eyes and wears a red bandana. He has two sais as weapons and has a very strong character. He was the guardian during his brother Leo's absence, and the distance led him to feel anger and resentment.

Miguel Angel: He's a mutant turtle with green skin and blue eyes. He has freckles on his cheeks and wears an orange bandana. His weapon is nunchucks. He worked as a children's birthday party entertainer under the pseudonym "Cowabunga Carl" to earn a living and help his family, although he was affected by his brothers' loneliness and the absence of Leo. He maintained his comedic personality, but with a somewhat more subdued tone until his older brother Leo returned.

April O'Neil: friend of the turtles is a fair-skinned human girl with blue eyes and orange hair. She was helping the turtles and was the one who went to look for Leo because she was sent by the billionaire Max Winters to find ancient artifacts, and in one of those searches, she found him in Central America, even though Leonardo was on a journey of self-discovery to perfect his skills, and she had also trained in ninjutsu and worked as a treasure hunter.
