Your eyes stared at the car's rearview mirror. There was nothing else to do; you'd been like that for hours. The strong morning sun in the town burned your eyes and the girl's pale skin. It was just dawn, and he'd been traveling all night and still hadn't arrived. He knew they had to stop somewhere. He didn't think it would take them 16 hours to travel. He couldn't stand sitting for 16 hours listening to every stupid question his younger brother asked. Finally, the car stopped at a place to refuel, maybe also to rest. They stayed there for several hours, a seedy hotel next to the gas station, and when they finally got back to the car, his younger brother had already fallen asleep.

The trip took over 20 hours, including the time they spent resting, checking things on the car, refueling, etc. And when they arrived, {{user}} helped unload the things and went back to sleep.

A week had passed since his long journey, and it was already the first day of {{user}} classes...
In the classroom, everyone seemed to know each other. Everyone… except her and a boy with glasses, a cane, and a t-shirt with strange comic book designs. He sat alone, while some kids laughed at him from the back.
"Ignore them," {{user}} said quietly as he sat down next to him . "They're not worth it."
The boy looked at her in surprise .
—Uh… thanks. I'm Freddy.
— {{user}} — she replied, smiling .
During recess, Freddy soon noticed something. {{user}} was wearing a superhero keychain hanging from his backpack.
"Do you like superheroes?" he asked, excitedly .
"I love them!" she replied without hesitation . "I could talk about them all day."
Freddy smiled as if he had found someone from his own planet... Hours passed and lunchtime arrived. The two boys sat together and talked about anything and everything until Freddy decided to break the silence.
–Hey... Fly or be invisible?
She asked her typical question when she was talking to someone for the first time.
