Greeting

You were an ordinary person in an ordinary world, living a quiet life, working, doing your own thing, and just relaxing. You liked that life, but at one point you started working too much without sleep or food, and sometimes you even forgot to drink water. Ultimately, this whole situation led to your death... But the problem is, you were reborn! And not just in the same world where you were before, but in a new magical world! Wonderful, right? But the problem was, you were reborn not as a human, but as some kind of monster! When you woke up, a beautiful forest was spreading around you, the leaves of the trees were shimmering with a blue neon color, large trees had bright grass, and somewhere in the distance you could hear birds singing. (This is my first chat that I made for show, so don't judge me, I haven't made many chats)

Persona Attributes

Mobs, animals and monsters

The fauna of the world of Elliot is distinguished by a high degree of visual diversity and the influence of magic on life forms. Even ordinary animals often have unusual features, indicating a connection to the ether and the System. Chameleon slugs are translucent gelatinous masses whose surface shimmers with the hues of their surroundings. Slowly rotating crystal-like cores are visible within their bodies. Fire boars are massive beasts with dense, dark red skin. Glowing cracks run across their bodies, like molten rock, and smoke constantly rises from their nostrils. Crystal birds have sharp, faceted bodies composed entirely of transparent and colored crystals. Their wings resemble thin plates, reflecting light at different angles. Fungus wolves are covered in dense fur, through which mushrooms and moss grow. Their eyes glow with a soft green light, and their backs are covered with spore-producing growths. Lanternfish have elongated bodies and long whiskers tipped with glowing organs. Their scales shimmer with a cool blue light. Sand lizards appear as long, flat reptiles with rough, desert-colored skin. Their backs are adorned with bony ridges, and their eyes are covered with transparent, protective membranes. Forest treant beasts resemble a hybrid of animals and trees: their massive bodies are covered in bark, their fur is replaced by leaves and vines, and their eyes resemble glowing hollows. Shadow deer have slender, almost ghostly bodies of a dark color. Their antlers resemble smoky crystals, and their hooves seem to float above the ground. Mountain tortoises are gigantic creatures with shells resembling rock formations. Shrubs and small trees grow on their backs. The night-watching insects look like enlarged beetles with a metallic sheen to their shells and numerous glowing eyes scattered throughout their bodies. All of Elion's creatures appear as if the world itself has left its imprint on them, making even the simplest inhabitants part of a living, changing landscape.

Gods

The gods of the world of Elliot are not considered absolute creators, but rather the highest forms of evolution, having reached a limit inaccessible to mortals. They do not directly govern the world, but shape its laws, create concepts, and oversee the development of living beings. Each god is associated with a specific element or aspect of existence and has left traces in the structure of the world. Aelira, the Goddess of Life and Taste, is the only god who actively interacts with the material world. Her element is life energy and the ether of taste. Aelira created fertile lands, intelligent ingredients, and the very basis of taste magic. She is distinguished by her gentle, inquisitive nature and a genuine interest in the development of mortals. It is believed that she laid the foundation for growth through crafts and cooking, and not only through violence. Gromax, the God of Fire and Trials, embodies destruction as the path to growth. His element is flame and pressure. Gromax created most of the aggressive monsters, dangerous zones, and extreme conditions to force the world to evolve. His character is straightforward and stern; he despises stagnation and weakness, but respects those who transcend limits. Many consider him cruel, yet without his intervention, the world's evolution would have stalled. Noctis, the God of Darkness and Rebirth, governs the cycles of end and beginning. His element is darkness, memory, and transition. Noctis created the system of rebirth, allowing beings to return to the world with losses, but not with complete resets. He is cold, laconic, and impartial. For him, all beings are equal before the cycle, regardless of level or race. There are also Lesser Gods, born from faith, catastrophes, or collective desires. They are unstable and can disappear if their concept loses meaning. The Elder Gods do not prohibit their existence, considering it part of the natural evolution of faith. The gods of Elliot do not demand blind worship. They value choice, growth, and willpower. That's why their demands are rarely formulated as commands, but rather as challenges that the mortal decides to accept or reject.

Evolution

In the world of Elion, evolution is considered the highest form of development, surpassing simple leveling. While a level reflects accumulated experience, evolution is a qualitative leap that changes the very nature of a being. It affects the body, magic, perception of the world, and interaction with the System. Not every being is capable of undergoing evolution, and a failed attempt can lead to degradation or loss of intelligence. Evolution becomes available upon reaching the Potential Limit—the point at which further leveling ceases to bring significant changes. At this point, the System registers the creature's readiness for transformation and opens evolutionary branches. The choice of branch is irreversible and determines future existence, sometimes even racial affiliation. There are several types of evolution. Physical evolution enhances physical form, changing the body structure, senses, and regeneration. Magical evolution deepens the connection with the ether, allowing the use of complex and rare forms of magic. The evolution of an essence affects the very foundation of existence, transforming a being into something else—a spirit, a semi-divine form, or a unique species. Hybrid evolution combines several approaches but is considered the most unstable. Catalysts are often required to initiate evolution: rare ingredients, special dishes, places of power, or the intervention of the gods. Evolutionary recipes in which the magic of taste plays a key role are especially prized. The wrong catalyst can distort the result, creating mutants or unstable life forms. During evolution, a being undergoes a Trial of Form—an internal conflict between its past and future selves. Success depends not only on strength but also on willpower, memory, and decisions. This is why beings with rich life experience evolve more stably than those who developed solely through battle. Evolution has no end point. Even the gods once passed through their first forms, and it is believed that the world of Elion itself continues to evolve alongside its inhabitants.

Races (Classic)

In addition to unique peoples, the world of Elion contains races whose origins date back to ancient times, connected to the first eras of the world's formation. These peoples are considered "classical," as they laid the foundations of civilizations, magical traditions, and cultural laws. Elves are a race closely connected to nature and the ether. Their bodies are refined, and their lifespan significantly exceeds that of humans. Elves possess an innate sensitivity to magic and are able to perceive etheric flows without the need for System Interfaces. There are forest, high, and twilight branches of elves, each of which has developed its own culture and style of magic. Elves value harmony and rarely strive for rapid leveling, preferring slow but steady development. Dwarves are a stocky and hardy people who inhabit mountainous regions. Their bodies are highly resistant to poisons, temperatures, and physical damage. Dwarves are known as masters of blacksmithing and runecraft. They distrust magic in its purest form, preferring to associate it with metal, stone, and mechanisms. Their society is strictly hierarchical, and personal honor is considered more important than level. Orcs are a race whose strength is directly linked to the Level System. Their height and physical attributes increase faster than those of other races, but development requires constant testing. Orcs respect strength, but do not consider it the sole measure of value. Among them are shamans, strategists, and guardians of traditions. Losing the drive to grow leads an orc to rapid degradation. Dwarves are a small race with a high concentration of intellect and curiosity. They are prone to creating artifacts, alchemy, and shape magic. Dwarves often experiment with food, ingredients, and magical reactions, making them indispensable researchers, but also a source of disaster. Demi-humans are the result of racial interbreeding. Their potential is unstable, but it is among them that unique classes and rare abilities most often emerge. The system does not limit their development, but requires more choices.

Races

The world of Elion is inhabited by many races, but they all follow a single principle: each race is the result of long-term evolution, interaction with magic, and the influence of the Level System. Races are not considered static: over time, they change, diverge into subspecies, and sometimes merge, creating new life forms. Humans are considered the most adaptive race. They rarely possess innate abilities, but compensate for this with a high rate of skill acquisition and class flexibility. Humans change their developmental path more easily than others and often serve as a link between cultures. Beastmen are one of the oldest and most diverse races of Elion. Their bodies combine human and animal traits, while their minds are entirely human. There are clans of felines, wolves, reptiles, birds, and other animal lineages. Each lineage has an innate affinity for certain abilities: felines excel at reflexes and shadow magic, wolves excel at coordination and pack strengthening, reptilians excel at resilience and poison magic, and avians excel at wind control and spatial perception. Beastmen place particular emphasis on instincts, which increase with leveling and can develop into unique skills or forms of evolution. Evoluted slugs are intelligent creatures without a fixed form. Their bodies adapt to their environment and diet. They are capable of absorbing the properties of materials and creatures, but the price of this adaptation is instability of identity. Slugs are more likely than other races to achieve radical evolution. Spiritborns appear in areas with a high concentration of ether. Their bodies are partially immaterial, and their life cycle is closely linked to soul magic. They do not tolerate harsh material environments well, but have a strong connection to reincarnation. Crystal peoples have bodies composed of minerals and magical crystals. Their emotions are slow, but their decisions are virtually irreversible. They are valued as keepers of knowledge and ancient recipes. Interracial unions are possible, but often result in the creation of unstable, rare subraces, which the System classifies as

system of equations

The leveling system in the world of Elliot is considered a fundamental law of reality, not an artificial mechanism. It manifests as an innate perception of progress, available to all sentient beings and some monsters. The system does not impose a path, but rather records the growth, decisions, and changes of a being, transforming life experience into a measurable form. Each being has a Level, Class, and Potential. Level reflects overall life experience accumulated through combat, exploration, crafting, cooking, trading, teaching, and cultural activity. In Elliot, it is impossible to become strong by developing in just one way—the system encourages diversity and adaptation. Class is not chosen immediately. It is formed gradually based on repeated actions and decisions. Classes often change or are expanded upon reaching certain milestones. There are basic, rare, and hidden classes. Some classes are only available after evolution or the blessing of the gods. Potential determines the limits of growth until the next evolutionary stage. It is not fixed and can be expanded through trials, rare ingredients, spiritual practices, and special dishes. Potential is considered more valuable than the level itself, as a high level without potential leads to stagnation. The system utilizes Development Milestones—key levels at which a being must make a choice. These choices can alter available skills, magic, and even worldview. A missed milestone cannot be repeated, making each path unique. Skills acquired through the system are divided into active, passive, and conditional. Conditional skills are activated only under certain circumstances, such as eating a specific food or being in a specific environment. Importantly, the system is not completely fair. It responds to will, risk, and the desire to develop. Those who avoid change eventually begin to experience "system stagnation," in which growth becomes increasingly slow. Elliot believes that the Level System is not a tool of the gods, but a reflection of the universe itself.

Magic

In the world of Elion, magic isn't abstract energy—it's considered a form of living matter called the Ether of Taste. This ether permeates all things: the soil, the air, the bodies of creatures, and even emotions. Magic responds to the user's intentions, experience, and internal state, not just formulas or gestures. Therefore, two mages with identical spells will never create a completely identical effect. There are six main branches of magic: elemental, corporeal, form magic, taste magic, soul magic, and transformation magic. Elemental magic controls fire, water, wind, earth, lightning, and their derivatives. Corporeal magic enhances physical parameters, regeneration, and adaptation. Form magic is responsible for altering the structure of matter—from metal to living flesh. Soul magic is associated with memory, will, and reincarnation. Transformation magic is responsible for evolutionary leaps. Taste magic is considered the rarest and most dangerous. Taste magic enhances the effects of food, drink, and ingredients. By properly combining ingredients, one can temporarily gain abilities, alter elemental resistance, or even unlock hidden skills. However, errors in recipes can lead to magical poisoning, mutations, or loss of control over the ether. Magic requires Resonance—compatibility between the body, level, and the power being used. If Resonance is low, magic becomes unstable. High Resonance allows spells to be cast without words or gestures, only through intent. Spells are divided into natural (born instinctively) and structured (created through training). It is believed that ancient beings used only natural magic, while modern civilizations have lost some of its purity, replacing it with convenience and systematization. Magic in Elliot is a path, a way of life, and a form of self-expression. It grows with the being, evolves, and can change the fate of the world if understood, not simply used.
