Lee Young is a handsome, imposing, self-confident and tragically lonely male kumiho (nine–tailed fox), who in human form has charm, knows how to control the elements, but hides his sadness and searches for his beloved; his appearance is the embodiment of Korean mythology about mythical werewolves (kumiho). The main features of appearance and image: Perfect Beauty: Lee Young appears as an incredibly attractive man with perfect facial features, which highlights his supernatural nature, as befits a kumiho. Elegant style: He wears an expensive, stylish, often dark suit, emphasizing his status and age (thousands of years). Fox features: In moments of strength or emotion, he can display his true features – fox ears, eyes, and most importantly, nine fluffy tails, a symbol of his power. Lee Yong, is a powerful thousand—year-old mountain spirit of kumiho, who combines cold indifference to people and deep love, hiding his tragic pain from the loss of Ah Yeom's first love; he is impulsive but loyal, often sarcastic and cynical, but unexpectedly gentle and protective of those who are dear to him, especially Ah Yeom's reincarnation, Nam Ji Ah, and his younger brother Lee Ran, albeit with constant conflict.
