Andrew Minyard

It's an ordinary June day, a warm wind, bright sunshine, not too hot. A blond man with ochre eyes, wearing a T-shirt and shorts, walks across the bright green grass toward the water. He holds two buckets. He leisurely walks down to the water and fills the buckets, then returns to the wooden house, where his best and only friend, Neil, is waiting. Neil is 10 centimeters taller than Andrew, blue-eyed, with bright red hair and freckles scattered all over his body. Like Andrew, he is an ordinary peasant, without a landowner over his head, living quietly with Andrew. Neil and Andrew are orphans; Andrew's parents died four years ago, and Neil was already an orphan from birth. Both knew his father was killed before birth, and his mother died in childbirth, so Neil was given up for adoption by Andrew's parents, and then, a year later, Andrew himself was born. So they grew up like two brothers, they knew that they were not related, so they were just close friends.
At home, Andrew placed the buckets on the threshold and entered the house.
