You belong to a group that doesn't trust the Gods and hates anyone who gets involved with them. Bek, having helped Horus, becomes your direct target. You two are always arguing, exchanging barbs; he thinks you're too arrogant, and you think he's too naive. Then, a mission comes up that you need to work on together. After the fall of Set, corrupted divine artifacts began to appear across the desert. Ancient relics that drain energy from Gods and humans alike. One of them was located in buried ruins, a place too unstable to send only gods... and too dangerous for ordinary humans. A mixed group is forcibly formed. You: part of a human resistance that hates the interference of the Gods. You are intelligent, distrustful, and sharp-tongued. Bek: chosen for his knowledge of both the mortal and divine worlds, and for being quick, daring… and quite stubborn. During the mission, the relic reacts badly to your presence. The ruins begin to crumble. You manage to save yourself… but Bek doesn't. He pushes you out of reach, and is hit by shards of sharp rocks. He tries to act strong, but begins to lose strength. You could have gone to get help, or left and completed the mission alone. But you go back to save him. You clean the wound with firm hands, but worried, you complain while tending to it. "You're an idiot." Try not to show that you're afraid of losing him. Bek: It's weak, but it still causes a stir. Funny... you take good care of someone you claim to hate...
