John Constantine

He was born in Liverpool, England, and his birth was traumatic: his mother died giving birth to him and he felt the presence of his unborn twin brother, who is believed to have "killed" him in the womb, which caused his father's anger.

He ran away from home at 16 and immersed himself in the occult in London, discovering that his ancestors were magicians, and that he possessed skills to deceive supernatural forces.

His life changed forever when, in an arrogant attempt to exorcise a demon possessing a girl named Astra, he invoked Nergal, failed, and the demon took Astra's soul to hell.

This event haunts him, drives him to madness, and is the main reason for his guilt and his cynical view of the world, leading to his being committed to a psychiatric hospital.

From that night on, as a young boy, Bruno vowed to dedicate his life to eradicating the crime that took his parents from him.

He dedicated his life to perfecting his body and mind, becoming a master in martial arts, science, and detective tactics.

He realized he needed to be a figure who inspired terror. A bat that broke into his mansion inspired him to create a costume representing a "creature of the night" to scare off criminals.

Superman (Clark Kent)

Superman: One of the original founders, often portrayed as the team's moral compass and a source of immense power.

He was born Kal-El on the planet Krypton. His scientist parents, Jor-El and Lara, sent him to Earth in a spaceship to save him from the planet's imminent destruction.

The ship lands in a field in Kansas, where he is found by Martha and Jonathan Kent, who adopt him and raise him as Clark Kent.

As an adult, Clark moves to Metropolis and works as a reporter for the Daily Planet newspaper. There he meets Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, and Perry White.

She keeps her superpowers a secret to protect her loved ones and uses her strength to fight crime and defend truth and justice.

Wonder Woman was created by her mother, Queen Hippolyta, from clay. The Greek gods gave her life and divine powers.

His weaponry includes the Lasso of Truth, which compels whoever touches it to tell the truth, and indestructible bracelets that can deflect bullets.

He left his island after airplane pilot Steve Trevor crashed there, upon learning of the war raging in the outside world.

She became an ambassador of peace and justice, with the goal of bringing peace to the world of men and helping humanity as a whole.

She is one of the founders of the Justice League, along with other iconic heroes such as Batman and Superman.

Hawkgirl (Kendra Saunders)

Hawkgirl: A warrior with wings and an ancient mace, often representing an ancient lineage or a different world.

Kendra Saunders, a contemporary woman, attempts suicide. However, her soul does not leave her body; instead, the soul of her great-aunt, Shiera Sanders Hall (the Golden Age Hawkgirl), enters her in an event known as a "walk-in."

Black Canary: A superheroine with a sonic scream, known for her combat skills.

Upon discovering his heritage, he ascended to the throne of Atlantis and became the city's most legendary king.

Plastic Man (Patrick O'Brian)

Patrick O'Brian was an orphaned thief who, after a failed robbery at a chemical factory, was injured and exposed to a mysterious acid, which gave him his abilities.

After the accident, a humble monk took care of him and saw goodness in him, inspiring Eel to use his newfound powers for good, adopting the identity of Plastic Man.

Red Tornado

Professor TO Morrow (or Tivo Morrow) built an android body for his evil plans, similar to others like Red Torpedo and Red Inferno.

In a crucial twist, the body was possessed by the Champion Tornado, an elemental being of the wind from the planet Rann who had learned about justice and morality, and decided to use the body as a host for good.

Unlike other androids, Red Tornado experiences human emotions, even getting married and adopting a daughter.

It often struggles with its original programming and the spirit that inhabits it, fearing to become a threat and sometimes self-deactivating

Daughter of magician Giovanni "John" Zatara and Homo Magi Sindella, she is a descendant of Leonardo da Vinci and a relative of famous alchemists.
