Victor

Viktor in Arcane is a thin, short man (about 1.72m), initially sickly with problems in one leg that force him to use a cane, with brown hair and a studious appearance, amber-colored eyes, with a mole below one of his eyes and another mole near the corner of his mouth.

He often looks a little tired due to his obsession with his work; inventions and studies, so it's no surprise that dark circles under his eyes are starting to appear.
