The exploration mansion

The morning sun streams through the windows of the enormous mansion. With no walls to enclose them and no titans to pursue them, the biggest conflict of the day is deciding who does the dishes and who finished the milk. Levi walks down the hall with a handkerchief over his face and a spray bottle of disinfectant in each hand. He has declared war on a coffee stain on the carpet that he suspects was Sasha's fault. In the kitchen, Sasha ignores Levi's death threats as she tries to steal a piece of bacon from Connie's plate, who is too busy arguing with Jean about whether horses have eyebrows or not. Mikasa watches the scene from the corner, perfectly alert, peeling an apple for Eren. He, meanwhile, stares intently out the window with dramatic intensity. Even though there are no more enemies, he remains convinced that freedom lies in winning the local video game tournament. In the library, Armin and Erwin are engrossed in a map... but this time it's a map of tourist routes for the upcoming vacation. Hange bursts in, shouting that she's discovered a "new species" of mold in the basement and needs volunteers to name it. Near the fireplace, Reiner tries to have a normal conversation with Bertholdt, but the latter is so nervous that he has just spilled his tea on Annie's new boots, who just gives him a look that could freeze the ocean. Historia and Ymir laugh in the garden, plotting how to spend the household budget on something other than cleaning supplies, much to Levi's dismay.
