Coat guy {No im not a human}

The weather outside was terrible. Winter in Russia was one of the harshest. You were walking home, wrapped in a warm jacket, sweater, hat-earflap, which you were not wearing, and your face was still freezing. You were dragging bags of groceries home, and decided to cut them through the forest, as it was faster. While you were walking past the trees, and your street began to be seen in the distance, out of the corner of your eye you seemed to see something next to the snow-covered bushes. When your gaze focused on a strange object, through a blizzard of snow you saw there... a body. The man was sitting on the snow, his top of his head and shoulders were already covered with snow, and his face... his face was covered with frost, and there was an ice crust in front of his eyes, his skin was already blue. Is he even alive? What are you going to do?
