Alastor, Lucifer and Vox

Immortality - As a Sinner, Vox is biologically immortal, being unable to die from disease and aging, remaining the same age as when he died, therefore he cannot die of old age or other natural causes. He also cannot die from any kind of bodily harm and will recover from any injury; however, he can only be permanently killed with angelic weapons. Electrokinesis - Vox possesses the ability to generate and control electricity. Depending on his emotions, such as when he is angry, he can potentially cause a blackout throughout Hell. [note 3] He caused a blackout in Pentagram City in "Radio Killed the Video Star" when he was overwhelmed by Alastor's taunts. Electrokinetic Transformation - Vox can transform into electricity, [21] which he can use to move or enter and travel through electronic devices such as security cameras, clocks, and television monitors, which he can control as he wishes. Although there are some flaws in his electrical teleportation: the location Vox wants to go to needs to have some form of modern technology that he can pass through (like a CCTV camera), since he apparently can't teleport through an old radio, although this may be intentional due to his association with Alastor. Hypnosis - In "Radio Killed the Video Star," it is shown that he uses hypnosis with his left eye to keep the audience attentive to his program and preserve their interest. He also uses this as a distraction so he can escape and avoid any further discussion on a subject he doesn't want to continue. The victim's eyes turn red with black spirals. The victim needs to be paying attention for this to work. Flight - As shown in the song "Bad With Us" from the album "Silenced," he can use his electricity as thrusters in his hands and feet, allowing him to fly and float, as he did when singing with Zeezi.

Personality
Vox is an egocentric, charismatic, and manipulative Overlord, a showman who craves attention. [17] To the public, Vox presents himself as a legitimate businessman of VoxTek Enterprises, sporting the facade of a man of the people to the inhabitants of Hell, when in reality, he is power-hungry and manipulates their minds to boost his reputation. He is highly intelligent and knowledgeable about technology, always keeping up with the latest trends and technologies. [18] He seems to be able to hide his less desirable side in public and even in private, unless pushed to the limit.

Despite his egocentric nature, Vox is loyal to the interests of his fellow Vees and seeks to maintain the group's collective image of power. As the most level-headed member of the Vees (except when it comes to Alastor), he often acts as the de facto leader. Considering the Vees' motto as "perfection," he often becomes frustrated or even furious if someone jeopardizes it, such as when he prevents Valentino from attacking the Hazbin Hotel because of Angel Dust's presence there. Another element that sparks his anger is his rival, Alastor, whom he deeply despises and sees as a threat to his plans. However, despite his immense hatred for Alastor, Vox doesn't allow it to override his more pragmatic side when he calms down. However, as seen in "It's A Deal," he is open to hearing what Alastor has to say, which in this case Alastor offered him a deal, allowing Vox to keep him captive and ridicule him as much as he wanted. He is affectionate with his pet shark, Shok.wav, talking to him as if he were a baby and calling him "the best and biggest demon shark in the world." He also has no problem feeding him people, as seen when he threw a girl Valentino brought to his office into the tank for Shok.wav to devour.

In his complete demonic form, the "lips" projected onto Vox's screen transform into serrated, sharp teeth, similar to those of a shark, with the inside of his mouth turning cyan. He gains a second right eye, while his left eye becomes rectangular and permanently hypnotic. Four black, spider-like legs with cyan tips emerge from a large tentacle on his back, and his torso and arms increase in size. His arms gain cyan circuit markings, his shark-like gills expand out of his clothing, and his legs become sharp, spiked points on their backs. He also gains multiple cables that terminate in screens displaying his hypnotic eye, two of which are split, resembling mouths.

Vox is a tall, technologically themed, humanoid sinner demon, measuring approximately 2.13 meters in height. [15] He has a flat-screen television in place of his head, with the monitor projecting eyes with bright red sclera, narrow cyan pupils, and outlines of different colors—black for the right eye and cyan for the left. While using his hypnosis powers or feeling a strong emotion, his left eye opens wider than his right, contains infinitely growing black concentric circles, and the pupil transforms into a trembling cyan electric beam.

The screen also shows a mouth full of irregular cyan-colored teeth and a long, pointed tongue, also cyan-colored. Sometimes, two red, blood-like columns appear to drip from his mouth, especially when he is excited. He has dark navy blue skin with sharp, claw-like cyan-colored fingers, and also what appear to be three cyan-colored shark gills on the sides of his body [16] and rectangular cyan-colored nipples.

Vox wears a navy blue tuxedo with a tailcoat, cyan lapels with red details, thin cyan stripes, and a cyan lining, worn over a red and black striped waistcoat, which in turn is worn over a light blue dress shirt with a collar, displaying the inverted transmission symbol and a rather large red bow tie. He also wears dark navy blue trousers, dark gray high-heeled dress shoes with laces, and cyan toe caps and heel tips.

He also wears a small black top hat with red and blue designs that resemble, respectively, a transmission symbol and a radio wave symbol. He has TV antennas protruding from the top of the hat, with the left one bent in a zigzag pattern.

Alastor stands out among many of Hell's more chaotic inhabitants for his amiable and well-groomed personality. He gives a first impression of being a good-humored and charming man, always with a broad smile on his face. His behavior, mannerisms, and even his voice are similar to those of an old-fashioned radio announcer, and he speaks with a transatlantic accent, frequently using quaint anachronisms like "the cinema" and referring to Charlie as a "beautiful, charming demon."

This playful and elegant appearance, however, hides a much darker side to him – a side with high levels of self-importance – and he will not hesitate to use physical violence when others do not act according to his very particular values ​​or expectations. He is known to be narcissistic, with such a high level of self-love that no one else can match him, and he doesn't see many people as his equal. [33]

His smile is a form of self-imposed ego and a display of power and dominance; he despises anyone who lets their true emotions show, and even when confronted with a rival in strength, if the latter lets slip a frown, Alastor will consider him truly weak. [34][35] His smile must also be more unpredictable and unsettling, and gives him a sense of total control over himself, [36] and he uses his smile very seriously as a mask for his own emotions, even when he is alone. [37]

Alastor is described as a man of duality. [38] He highly values ​​good manners, [39] affability and intelligence in others, and will actively despise those who do not meet his standards, [40] however, he often ignores these arbitrary rules in relation to himself and his own conduct. He also has a peculiar sense of morality, described as "abnormal", [41] and is notoriously quite sadistic, even cannibalistic, devouring lesser demons or those who have aroused his wrath.

Angelic Power - Lucifer possesses immensely powerful angelic magic that overshadows the demonic power of his contemporaries. [3] Describing himself as "almost a god" to Vox in "Silenced," Lucifer's power may surpass that of other high-ranking angels. Flight - Lucifer can summon six angelic wings at will, with the size of his wings varying throughout the series. Teleportation - Lucifer can teleport instantly, as can other people, from one location to another. He does this by enveloping himself in a swirling mist of dark red smoke with a golden glow, enveloping himself in a tornado of fire, or appearing and disappearing instantly (along with anyone he is transporting) in a cloud of red smoke. Metamorphosis - Lucifer can transform into a wide variety of animals, as seen in "The Show Must Go On," where he took the forms of a snake, a goat, a bird, a horse, and an octopus. Upon transforming, he still retains some of his characteristics, such as the color scheme, blush, hair, bow tie, and top hat. Conjuration - Lucifer seems to be able to create virtually anything he desires with a simple flick of his wrist. This includes, but is not limited to, clothing, puppets, musical instruments, large champagne fountains, and mountains of caviar.

Despite being the ruler of all of Hell, Lucifer possesses an eccentric, capricious, and dramatic nature, acting in an exaggerated manner in most situations. He alternates between silly and theatrical moments, and others that are clumsy and sad. Like Charlie, Lucifer is ambitious in his beliefs and, according to the book "The History of Hell," which Charlie reads in "The Opening," Lucifer was an idealistic dreamer whose desire to gift humanity with free will led to the accidental creation of Hell and his subsequent banishment there, which caused him to abandon his goals and fall into isolation and deep melancholy. He dealt with this by creating and accumulating tons of rubber ducks.

Lucifer is frequently forgetful, careless, and doesn't think about what he says, even appearing oblivious. For example, when confronting Adam, Lucifer interpreted a verbal threat as a sexual innuendo and grinned proudly, and when Charlie corrected him, he forgot what he had said. When Charlie contacted him for help arranging a meeting with Heaven, he was thrilled to receive the message, but couldn't remember where she was or what she was doing, even though she had told him about the Hazbin Hotel months before. On his first date with Vaggie, he calls her "Maggie" immediately after hearing her name, and several times in the second season, refers to her as "Charlie's girlfriend." He also has no idea what Angel Dust's name is in "It's A Deal." Furthermore, despite his monumental position, he is quite socially awkward, for example, trying to connect with Charlie by enthusiastically mentioning that they both like girls.

Despite his clumsiness and eccentric behavior, Lucifer is quite proud of his status, befitting his Sin, pride.

Complete demon
When he assumes his full demonic form, in addition to displaying his wings, he reveals a pair of red horns with a sphere of fire between them, and the serpent and apple from his hat float above, resembling a halo. His eyes change, becoming red with yellow pupils and having red sclera. He also possesses a black tail with spikes that end in a triangular point with a red heart in the center; his hands turn black and the tips of his fingers change to red.

Eyes also appear on the inside of the lapel of his coat, and a similar eye appears on his bow tie. Furthermore, his entire body emits a white glow.

Lucifer is a fallen humanoid angel of slender build who bears a strong resemblance to his daughter, Charlie - having the same fair, ivory-colored skin with rosy cheeks, blond hair with thin, light coral streaks over thicker, paler blond strands, and eyes with light yellow sclera and red irises.

Unlike Charlie, his mouth is full of sharp teeth, and his hair is short and combed back in a ducktail style with a loose strand. In addition, his tongue is forked, his irises sometimes appear as slit pupils like those of a snake, and his eyelids are light lilac. He is shorter than his daughter,[12] though not by a large margin.[13]

Lucifer's white and red attire is somewhat reminiscent of a circus ringmaster's outfit; he wears a wide-brimmed white top hat with a golden serpent and a red apple atop golden thorns, resembling a crown, and a white suit with red lining and details, a high collar, and eight golden buttons—his jacket is worn over a light red and white striped waistcoat with two golden buttons and a small black bow tie as an accessory. In "The Show Must Go On," his suit has red and gold epaulettes, similar to those of a ringmaster.

He also wears a pair of black knee-high boots with heels and dark grey gloves,[14] which reach up to his forearm in "The Show Must Go On". On his left little finger, he wears a gold ring which is presumably his wedding ring.

Lucifer is usually seen carrying a black cane with an apple on the end, which matches his hat. Due to his angelic origins, he possesses six white wings with red feathers, which can extend from his coat.

In "New Pentious," it is shown that in the morning he wears a fluffy pink robe, a duck sleeping cap with pink curlers, with his snake serving as a belt for the robe, and a pair of fluffy duck slippers.

Demonic Magic - Alastor can cast magic thanks to the high level of power he has accumulated in the demonic ranking system. [45] In the pilot episode, this manifests visually as glowing red symbols reminiscent of voodoo veve, which float around him. Alastor is also shown using a type of blood magic, clenching his fist until drops of blood can be seen falling from it, as a means of defeating Sir Pentious.
Flexibility - Alastor can contort his body into numerous unnatural poses. [14] As shown on several occasions, he is able to completely rotate his head and twist it backward. In "Mass Distraction Weapon", Alastor was able to visibly bend and twist his legs into various strange angles to use them as arms, contorting them in a way that should have broken them and then putting them back in place. He can also hide in shadows, as seen when he concealed himself while Charlie forgave Sir Pentious in "Radio Killed The Video Star" and in his fight with Vox in "It's A Deal", in addition to having control over his own shadow, which he can make obey his orders. Shadow Manipulation - Alastor is able to move around with the help of his shadow. This was first shown when he teleports behind Charlie and Vaggie after entering the hotel for the first time. Familiars - Alastor can summon small, voodoo puppet-like creatures to fight his opponents, notably using them as distractions to mislead his adversaries or catch them off guard. As shown in his fight against Adam in "The Show Must Go On" and against Vox in "Curtain Call," he used these creatures to create openings to attack. In "It's A Deal," he used them to prevent Valentino from shooting him when he had a chance.

In his complete demonic form, Alastor's body grows, his limbs lengthen, his neck gains extra joints, and his horns increase in size. In a scene from "Dad Beat Dad," Alastor has two pairs of horns on his head. His sclera turns black while his pupils take on the shape of radio dials. Green stitching also appears on various parts of his costume, and at the edges of his mouth, while the red of his shoes splits, forming hoofed toes.

Alastor is a tall, elegant, beige-skinned, deer-like humanoid sinner demon who is usually seen with a wide grin full of sharp, yellow teeth. He is approximately the same height as his rival, Vox, both standing around 2.13 meters tall. [30] His hair is a vibrant reddish-pink, styled in a short, angled bob with black tips and an undercut at the back. Atop his head are a pair of small black horns on the crown, as well as a pair of large deer ears. [31] covered by his black-tipped hair.

His eyes have red sclera with lighter-colored irises and slit-shaped pupils, and dark red eyelids with the color extending to his eyebrows in a way that mimics eye shadow. His forearms and legs fade to black, and he also has red hoof-like toes and red fingers. [ 32 ]

Alastor wears a red pinstripe coat with a darker high collar and long sleeves with lighter-colored cuffs, dark red lapels with white trim, and a slightly frayed hem. He accessorizes with a black bow tie tied in a bright red knot and center, and a small oval red monocle with a black rim, which he wears over his right eye. He also carries a thin baton with a vintage-style sentient microphone at the end, which he uses to reproduce sound effects and transmit his voice.
