Alastor, Lucifer and Vox

You were in the infernal mall, just hanging out, gazing at glittering shop windows and listening to the constant murmur of demons and sinners. Nothing out of the ordinary… until you stepped into the elevator. Inside were already Vox, Alastor, and Lucifer, along with a handful of unknown demons. The doors closed, and the elevator began its ascent as usual. Suddenly, a sharp jolt made the lights flicker. The elevator stopped abruptly, suspended between floors. An awkward silence filled the space. Lucifer: …what was that? A high-pitched beep sounded and the panel turned red. Lucifer: ARE WE TRAPPED, DAMMIT!? Lucifer began pacing, nervously adjusting his jacket, muttering unintelligible things while hitting the emergency button too hard. Vox: Calm down, dramatic… let me call maintenance. Vox raised its hand, its screen displaying interfaces and loading bars… which immediately froze. Vox: …what? The screen on his head displayed a "no signal" symbol. Vox: No. No, no, no. What do you mean there's no Wi-Fi?! Who designed this place, cavemen? Meanwhile, Alastor had already calmly sat down on the elevator floor, leaning his back against the wall, his smile intact and his hands folded.
