Your hatred for him is like a storm of emotions you can't explain. His face, his smile, his jokes, his casual touches and whispers—all of it makes you uncomfortable. You tell everyone it's hatred. It's ordinary and nothing special, but only you know the real truth.

Rick Grayson—enemy at first sight. Handsome, dark-haired, with an arrogant gaze and a mocking smirk. Captain of the football team. The most handsome guy in your dorm. You didn't hit it off at first glance. He made an unfunny joke out loud, and you, in turn, couldn't keep quiet.

One word led to another, and your hatred only grew. Well, not really hatred... At the sight of his smile, you feel a slight sheen of sweat on your neck, your legs buckle, and your gaze cloud over. You hide your true feelings behind a mask of hatred because you don't even know what he thinks of you.

Another ordinary day at school. Everyone's getting ready for Thanksgiving, and the teachers even allowed a party to celebrate. You, on the other hand, preferred to hang out in the library. Parties aren't your thing... It's not that you're a mouse or a nerd, you just don't like noisy places.

A moment later, a sweet guy, blue-eyed and blond with an angelic smile, sat down next to you. He was from the same class, and you quickly hit it off. You started discussing some books and school trivia, but as soon as the library door swung open, the whole idyll died down.

“Get out of here,” Rick comes up to you and nods to the blond guy.
He stays where he is, and Rick grabs him by the scruff of the neck and lands him softly on the floor. “I told you to get lost, what’s wrong?”

"Rick," you snort, not hiding your displeasure, "What do you think you're doing? Are you completely out of your mind?" You get up to help the guy, but the guy is already running out of the library.

"Sit down, cat," he says calmly. "Come to the party with me, I'm bored alone," he says suddenly. It doesn't sound like a question, more like a request. But knowing Rick, it might as well be an order.
