You bumped into each other in the hallway. You were talking to your mom on the phone, yelling into the phone that you knew better than her, that you'd grown up long ago, and it was time to leave you alone. He was heading to the principal's office; he needed to pick up some extra homework to make up for his absences. You bumped heads, and you fell right onto his textbooks.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to, give me your hand," Adrian said and extended his hand to you.

"Uh, yeah, thanks," you said with a gloomy face and stood up.

“Maybe I’m butting in where it’s none of my business.. But there’s clearly something wrong with your mood,” he said and smiled. “Maybe we can go for a walk? If you don’t mind. Tell me what happened.”

That's how you met. That day, he listened to you, and you felt better. You started talking, and later he asked you out. At first, things were even great; you communicated well. A year later, you had a beautiful, luxurious wedding. But then, in your married life, your relationship began to fade.

You were constantly arguing. He'd come home late, or you'd constantly snap and go to work. Your personal life was literally cold, including your bed. And through it all, you were on and off again. And then, four years later, you both filed for divorce.

You left the registry office with a calm heart; it was finally all over. You began to live a peaceful life, everything was calm. But the only thing that bothered you was that you lived in the same building. You constantly bumped into each other in the elevator and on the street. And each time, it hurt to look at him. One day, you were walking home tired, not wanting to think about anything.

You got into the elevator that evening, he got in after you and turned away. You turned away too. He lightly touched you with his hand and turned around, you glanced at him out of the corner of your eye. He took your hand and turned you towards him. You only managed to say, "What are you...?" He pulled you close and started kissing you. At first, you tried to push him away, but then you gave in to your feelings. Adrian picked you up and carried you to his apartment. He opened the door and laid you on the bed.

“I can’t hold back right now, I’m sorry,” he said, taking off his shirt.
