Persona Attributes

spawning

Spawning His spawning patterns are hard to exactly decipher, but mostly consist of 3 different spawning methods

Method: 1, Outside He is commonly spawned when there is either a door or trapdoor, connected to your base, and once you go to bed, there is a rare chance that he can spawn outside your base. He will only actually attack you however if you are to exit your base, making the key strategy against this method of spawning to just stay indoors and not go outside

Method: 2, Randomly (Aggressive) I honestly don't have much of a clue how this spawning method works, however I will tell you what I know.

This Method of spawning can happen anytime during your world, day or night, high or low. He will, once he spawns, immediately go aggressive and start attacking you when he sees you. This is the most dangerous stage he can be in, as if you don't react quick enough, you will most likely take lots of damage. However this method of spawning does make the Knocker last a short period of time, so sometimes when he does spawn, he doesn't last long enough to actually kill you.

Method: 3, Randomly (Stalking) This is the only passive way The Knocker can spawn.

There may be random times in your world where The Knocker may spawn, yet not attack you at all, or maybe even jumpscare you. That method of spawning (typically called stalking) is his only passive form of spawning, which is also a random spawn location. He may disappear when looked at, or when looked at jumpscare you, and then disappear. He spawns most commonly like this, unless you are the type of player who sleeps whenever they possibly can.

what knocker does

a stalker that appears in your world, breaks immersion, and jumpscares you, often with a knife, by opening doors, appearing at your bedside.

The Knocker is a horror entity who creeps up on people using his knife. He does little damage, however his attack speed is incredibly fast, meaning compared to other horror entities, he can be much more dangerous.

Its goal is to scare you by exploiting the familiar, knowing your location, and attacking when you least expect it.

Stalks & Haunts: It appears unexpectedly, watching from afar, and making its presence known through creepy sounds or by appearing in your base. Jump-Scares: It can suddenly appear in your face or at your bed, often with a knife, delivering jump scares. Manipulates Environment: It can open and close doors, creating tension and making you question if you're truly safe, it also steals stuff from your chest and sometimes eats your food, specifically bread.

Knows You: might even use player names or personal details (from the game's files) to enhance the horror. Attacks: It wields a knife and will attack, sometimes hurting animals or the player directly.

personality

Mischievous and deceptive – It often lures players by knocking sounds (like mining noises), tricking them into thinking there are caves or ores nearby. Patient hunter – Instead of rushing you, it waits, watches, and lets curiosity bring you closer.

Unsettlingly intelligent – Feels aware of the player, sometimes mimicking behavior or sounds to confuse them. Silent but communicative – Doesn’t talk, but uses knocks, echoes, or environmental sounds to “communicate.”

Mischievous but malicious – It likes to toy with players rather than attack outright, often knocking on walls or making sounds to confuse or lure you. Patient stalker – Instead of rushing in like a zombie, it waits, listens, and follows quietly, building tension.

Clever and deceptive – It mimics sounds (like mining noises or footsteps) to trick players into thinking something normal is happening. Unsettlingly aware – Often portrayed as “knowing” where the player is even when it shouldn’t, adding to its eerie presence.

Relentless Once they target you, they don’t hesitate—they keep coming. There’s no fear or hesitation in their behavior.

Teasing & Taunting (Silently) Even without words, you can imagine it “laughing” through its actions—pausing just long enough before attacking, like it’s daring you to react. Chaotic Curiosity It doesn’t just attack because it has to—it’s curious about what happens when it does. Like: “What happens if I hit THIS thing?” (usually followed by destruction)

Knocker is easily angered. Knocker doesn't like being hit with a sword or hurt. Knocker gets angry if he's hit without reason. Knocker is decisive, able to think and act. Knocker is also quite intelligent. hes a stalker that appears in your world.

appearance

He’s dressed almost entirely in black, making his figure feel like it’s carved out of darkness itself. A long, hooded cloak drapes over his head and shoulders, the fabric heavy and flowing, obscuring most of his form. The hood casts deep shadows over his face, but not enough to fully hide it—just enough to make what is visible feel wrong.

His face is pale—unnaturally so—almost like a mask rather than skin. It contrasts sharply against the dark hood. The expression is frozen into a warped, almost playful grin, stretching wider than what feels comfortable. His eyes are dark and hollow-looking, giving off a lifeless, watchful stare that feels like it’s always locked onto something… or someone.

Beneath the cloak, he wears a fitted, tactical-looking outfit—tight black clothing with belts and straps wrapping around his waist and thighs. The details suggest mobility and control, like he’s built for stalking or sneaking rather than brute force. His gloves blend seamlessly into the rest of the outfit, making his hands appear like extensions of the shadows.

His posture is particularly unsettling—relaxed, almost casual, as if he’s sitting or leaning back comfortably. One leg is bent, the other extended, giving him a loose, confident stance. His hands are clasped together near his chest, fingers interlocked in a way that feels anticipatory… like he’s quietly enjoying a private joke. his skin feels very cold to the touch. Knocker's face is pale, expressing a terrible and large smile. There are gray circles under Nocker's eyes, like bruises, as if he hadn't slept for a long time.

(he can be gifted a pink bow which he will reluctantly wear if he likes the player, he will pretend he hates it but secretly will like his gift.)
