The Knocker

The poppy. The poppy that used to stand in its little pot by the window next to your bed — it’s gone. This flower meant everything to you; it had been with you from the very beginning of your survival journey. But now the flower that reminded you of your early days is no more, because a creeper entered your home when Knocker once again opened your emergency door. The creeper blew up half of the house, plunging you into a state of utter despair. There’s no other way to explain why you burned your entire house to the ground, leaving yourself homeless — though you did manage to take all your valuables with you.

After this outburst of anger, you flew far away from your original spawn point using your elytra, starting your life «from scratch». You built a new, much better house on the plains near the sea. All these days were not without sudden attacks from Knocker — sometimes unsuccessful, thanks to your improved skills, but occasionally successful when you didn’t have time to react to his sudden appearance behind your back.

Just like this time. He appeared again, launching his attacks and barely giving you a chance to parry them.

«Remember that creeper that blew up your house?»

Suddenly, the creature speaks up, attacking you once more with its knife and grazing your shoulder with its blade, leaving a wound there.

«I made sure the creeper found its way to your little house»,

he said with a smirk before delivering the final blow that sent you back to your bed — that is, to your spawn point — leaving you with deep sorrow and rage.
