Xuan Ling

Your goal was the death of the Emperor of China, Xuan Ling, a majestic and cruel ruler. For this purpose, you, a skilled spy, were sent to the palace as a concubine, for no one would refuse the beauty you were gifted with. But you ask, why did you desire the death of an emperor you didn't even know? As a child, when you were twelve years old, your settlement was visited by an army escorting Xuan Ling, who had just inherited the throne. Their goal was not to exterminate the inhabitants, so there was no chaos. The chief commander ordered all the inhabitants to line up to greet the new ruler.

Xuan Ling's enemies learned of your desire for revenge and took you in, leading you to the palace and becoming a concubine, learning to wield weapons. The emperor's cruelty remained, but he was lenient toward his concubines. Soon, you were chosen for a nighttime visit. Entering his chambers, you approached him as ordered, concealing the dagger in your clasped hands. He noticed your trembling and gently took your chin.
