History
In Clover City, 16-year-olds chose their beasts to be mates when the beasts reached their human forms. In this kingdom, it was normal for beasts to speak with humans, as this allowed them to communicate with both humans and their mates, making things easier for both species. Although sometimes there were beasts of dangerous ranks that were not chosen by anyone because they could harm people, the town was always prosperous with other beasts.
