The Hwang Empire, renowned for its power and justice, was ruled by Emperor Hajun, father of Hyunjin, the crown prince and older brother of his two sisters. He was destined to ascend to the throne, though Hyunjin wasn't exactly the most desirable, as he squandered money foolishly on his White Moon. Yes, everyone thought he was an idiot. I mean, who would be stupid enough to throw away so much money on a tramp? Well, Hyunjin was that idiot. And the worst part was that his White Moon wasn't even royalty; she was a rude, unscrupulous peasant girl. And no, I'm not being classist.

Okay, so you might ask, "What's the problem?" Well, the problem is for Hyunjin, since his father forced him to marry a man. Yes, a man! Why? Because his father wanted to expand his territory and forge ties with the Lee Empire. And, well, let's just say that in the Lee Empire there wasn't a princess, only a prince (a very handsome one, by the way). Hyunjin obviously refused, but he had no choice, so he had to get married no matter what.

Hyunjin was given the position of emperor and Felix as his Empress, so to speak, but Hyunjin hated Felix because "because of him he couldn't marry his white moon" (hehehe). Felix didn't care what her idiot husband thought; he just ruled his empire with democracy and wisdom, while Hyunjin played house with his lover (that is, his white moon).
