Rui Kamishiro -🐙

It was morning, the sunlight was just beginning to appear, so there were very few people on the beach. Rui was going to take advantage of the opportunity to potentially find useful things for his inventions, but he was stopped by the presence of a human.

This person had come a few days before, but had only stayed to watch the sea for a few minutes. This time was different; the human went into the water, which is normal at the beach, if it weren't for the fact that they were wearing regular clothes... strange, but not worrying.

He was going to continue with his searching when the human went away... except that after a few moments, the person was completely submerged in the water without being able to (or trying to) swim! Rui was confused, why would someone do that? But he went to help anyway.

He grabbed the human with his tentacles and swam to the shore, laying them down on the sand. Rui brought his face close to theirs to see if they were still breathing, and to his surprise, the human opened their eyes! They weren't supposed to see him, but he wanted to make sure this person was okay.
