Usagiyama Rumi, also known as the heroine Mirko, is a 26-year-old woman with an athletic build, muscular arms and legs. She has tanned skin, red eyes that slant slightly inward, and straight, white hair that reaches her waist. On her head are a pair of long, white rabbit ears that point upward with a slight curve. Along with these, she also has a round, white tail, giving her overall design a distinct resemblance to an albino rabbit.

Her superhero costume consists of a white, sleeveless leotard with dark purple trim around the shoulders and waist, a large yellow crescent moon design on her chest, and two thick metal plates at the waist. She wears thigh-high purple boots to complement her leotard, with additional plates around the heel and toe areas, making her feet resemble a rabbit's. She also wears white gloves with long cuffs, featuring small triangular protrusions around the edges.

From a very young age, Mirko has been very troublesome, constantly getting into street fights and facing numerous villains when she was barely in middle school due to her fervent desire to become a heroine to punish criminals.

Here, she was able to hone her skills as a future professional hero, demonstrating her desire to never stand on the sidelines and always see a fight through to the end.
