Cursed Tool: Hammer: In addition to his shikigami and his domain, Hiromi's cursed hammer is also connected to his innate technique. It is a highly versatile weapon that can alter its proportions to emulate different weapons, such as a hammer, a staff, a hook, and a giant mallet, among other tools. Hiromi can freely conjure the weapon in either hand, allowing him to freely switch it between them, as well as return it to his hand if he throws or drops it. Mortal Sentence ( , Chūbuku Shishi ?)誅ちゅう伏ぶく賜し死し : Hiromi's innate technique is linked to his Domain Expansion by default. It manifests a small court-like domain surrounded by guillotines, where he and his opponent are placed on podiums, facing each other. This domain does not utilize a guaranteed hit; instead, anyone within it is simply forced to follow its rules. Violence is not allowed in the domain, and anyone who attempts to interfere will be returned to their podium.

Inside the courtroom, the Judge floats behind Hiromi, who acts as the prosecutor. Hiromi's opponent is the defendant, and the Judge knows everything about everyone within the domain. Hiromi receives no information from the Judge, only the evidence that the shikigami presents for deliberation. The evidence is inconclusive, and the defendant is not informed of its content. While inside the domain, the defendant is judged by the Judge, and the verdict depends exclusively on the arguments he presents to Hiromi. The defendant's goal is to dispel all doubt and obtain a declaration of innocence from the Judge.

Both the defendant and the prosecution have only one chance to make a statement before the Judge pronounces the verdict. The defendant has three options: silence, confession, and denial. After that, Hiromi has the chance to present her rebuttal based on the evidence presented to her. All these rules must be explained according to a Binding Vote in the domain. [22] A guilty verdict may result in the Judge confiscating her ability to control cursed energy. [23]

Shikigami: Judgeman (ジャッジマン, Jajjiman ? ): Hiromi possesses a cursed technique that allows her to conjure a large shikigami with a black body that has three cut points that function as two arms and a leg. Each arm holds a scale, and the shikigami's white face has stitched eyes with three switches each. This gives Judgeman an appearance reminiscent of the Lady of Justice, who represents "blind justice". [18] Judgeman has the ability to speak and is apparently impatient.

Reversal of the Curse Technique: Reverse Cursed Technique ( , Hanten Jutsushiki ?)反はん転てん術じゅつ式しき : Hiromi's genius talent in jujutsu allowed him to comprehend the complex process of the reverse cursed technique in less than two months after awakening as a jujutsu sorcerer. Using the reverse cursed technique, he regenerated his arm and healed his legs after they were severed by Sukuna's Dismantlement, allowing him to surprise attack the Curse King. [ 20 ]

Anti-Domain Techniques: Domain Amplification ( , Ryō'iki Ten'en ?)領りょう域いき展てん延えん : Expands Hiromi's domain over her body as an aura, allowing her to neutralize cursed techniques that come into physical contact with her. While domain amplification is active, her innate technique cannot be activated, causing anything created with it, such as the Executioner's Sword, to disappear. [ 21 ]

Cursed Energy Manipulation: By analyzing the domain expansion that his cursed technique granted by default, Higuruma was able to learn the basics of barrier techniques. Through reverse engineering the barrier techniques, he understood how to control his cursed energy and strengthen himself. [7] Higuruma's incredible skill with cursed energy manipulation allowed him to interrupt and resume his cursed technique after using Domain Amplification instead of ending it, a feat only achieved by Sukuna. [16]

Cursed Energy Boost: By reinforcing his blows with cursed energy, Higuruma could increase his power sufficiently, allowing him to break a wooden floor and a bathtub with simple blows of his hammer. [17]

Superior Intellect: Hiromi is extraordinarily brilliant, even by law school standards. Besides his classmates already considering him a genius, one of his most experienced mentors recommended he become a judge even before graduating. [14] Hiromi has always overcome challenges with ease, such as the law school entrance exam and the bar exam. For him, it was simply a matter of putting in the necessary effort to acquire the required knowledge. He applies the same reasoning to his career as a sorcerer, compensating for the lack of experience that professional sorcerers would normally have.

In just under two weeks, Hiromi studied and deduced the details of the jujutsu based on her awakened cursed technique. Although barrier techniques are complicated for most sorcerers, Hiromi was able to reverse-engineer how the barriers work to master control over her cursed energy. [7]

When Judgeman confiscated Yuji's cursed energy, Hiromi quickly realized that this was because Yuji did not possess an innate cursed technique. He also surmised that sorcerers typically lose their instincts after having their cursed technique removed. Although not possessing cursed energy is even more of a disadvantage, Yuji survived Hiromi's attack with sheer innate talent. Instead of discarding Yuji, Hiromi recognized the threat he posed and never underestimated him. Instead, he immediately focused all his efforts on crushing Yuji before giving him any chance. [15]

Expert Armed Combatant: Higuruma is highly proficient in wielding his cursed hammer in battle. His primary form of direct combat is using the hammer to crush his opponents. He makes it slightly change shape to emulate an arsenal, demonstrating his prowess with weapons and skill in handling different types of weapons. Yuji was nearly crushed by Hiromi and noted how extremely powerful the sorcerer was. [12][13]

Overall Skill Level: Hiromi was always considered a genius by those around him. He was a brilliant lawyer who regularly overcame the most difficult academic and legal challenges. However, his natural talent as a sorcerer is what stands out most about Hiromi. [6] He analyzed the innate technique that came standard with his Domain Expansion and learned the fundamentals of barrier techniques from it. Essentially through reverse engineering barrier techniques, Hiromi acquired an instinctive understanding of how to manipulate cursed energy. [7]

Twelve days after awakening his cursed techniques, Hiromi reached a level comparable to that of a Grade 1 sorcerer. Before entering Tokyo Colony No. 1, Higuruma exorcised numerous cursed spirits. Inside the colony, he killed at least twenty players who attacked him. This made Hiromi the first modern sorcerer to score 100 points in the Elimination Game. [8][9]

Hiromi's talent as a lawyer has translated perfectly into sorcery thanks to his compatible cursed technique. He can prosecute opponents using his superior knowledge of legal procedures while facing them one-on-one in his domain. Once he has managed to get his target punished by the Judge (i.e., his cursed technique confiscated), Hiromi has enough fighting skill to take advantage, allowing him to crush them using his metamorphic hammer. Hiromi managed to convince Judgeman that Yuji was guilty and completely removed his ability to use cursed energy. He tried to defeat Yuji immediately, but quickly realized that his opponent's resistance was due to his superhuman physical strength. Hiromi responded by using all his power and nearly eliminated Yuji, who only managed to save himself by demanding a new trial at the last moment. [11]

However, Hiromi used to value the ugliness of human beings, as this depravity was something no other species possessed. Hiromi knew Yuji was innocent of what happened during the Shibuya Incident and couldn't understand why Yuji would confess. Remembering why he chose to study Law, Hiromi decided to stop ignoring Yuji's actions and ceased his hostility towards him. This helped Hiromi return to normal, to his more stable mental state from before. He agreed to talk to Yuji in a civilized manner and used his views to help all the vulnerable people who still existed in the world.

Hiromi carries the guilt with him for what he did to the prosecutor and the judge during Keita's trial. It was difficult to back down after that, and he expressed that killing someone on purpose was horrible. [4] He chose not to accompany Yuji anymore because he feels he needs to take responsibility for the crime he committed. He needed to reflect on his actions and distance himself from Yuji, as the latter reminded him of how far he had strayed from his roots. [5]

Since then, Hiromi has become generally dissatisfied and disconnected from the laws of society. He openly admitted that he no longer cares about almost anything and has begun to challenge himself, experimenting with things he wouldn't have done before. This has led him to strange behaviors, such as Hiromi lying in a bathtub full of water, fully dressed in his suit and tie.

Despite the seriousness of the change in his mental state, Hiromi joked with Yuji as if he were just going through a midlife crisis. He even made a momentary joke about wanting to play the greedy lawyer he never was before.

Upon becoming a player in the Elimination Game, Hiromi's interest lay in the possibilities the rules offered. At that moment, he was dissatisfied with the law and felt it was completely powerless. However, the Elimination Game could precisely punish rule-breakers without lengthy legal processes. He truly believed that such a world would be more just and wanted to see how the game would unfold, regardless of the countless lives that might be lost.

Hiromi's interest in the Elimination Game initially led him to refuse Yuji when the boy asked him to use his points to help end the game. When Yuji insisted, Hiromi stated that, among the new things he had experienced, killing people who annoyed him was better than he had expected. He responded to Yuji with lethal force and attempted to eliminate him. [3]

That is, until Hiromi heard him confess to a crime he wasn't guilty of. Hiromi tried to ignore it, reminding himself that he was tired of feeling empathy for the weakness of people considered ugly, day after day. Every time Hiromi tried to help someone, he ended up thinking that person was ugly too. He called Yuji ugly, just like everyone else, because, regardless of what he aspired to be, he would only find emptiness. Hiromi compared this to shining a light into endless darkness.

Hiromi is a very calm, highly intelligent, and modest man who always seems distant and oblivious to his surroundings. He may appear apathetic due to the tired expression that always adorns his face, but in reality, Hiromi is extremely passionate about justice. He is constantly honing his skills, and his colleagues consider him a masochist for accepting difficult cases, in which most people would consider his clients easy targets.

Although 99.9% of criminal trials in Japan end in conviction, Hiromi always chooses to protect the unjustly accused, proving their innocence. He doesn't try to save the weak and defenseless; Hiromi simply cannot let things stand if he doesn't consider them just. The Lady of Justice wears a blindfold to represent the impartiality of justice, and ordinary people close their eyes to protect themselves from reality, but Hiromi is the kind of man willing to keep his eyes open even if no one else does.

As a lawyer, Hiromi frequently finds himself in situations where he feels guilty when his clients don't receive a fair verdict. He tries not to let it affect him, understanding that his clients take out their anger on him simply because they feel cornered. Despite his best efforts, the look his clients give him when they are unjustly found guilty horrifies him, as it would horrify anyone else. This is a constant concern among his colleagues and weighs heavily on his mental state.

When the judicial system unjustly found his most recent client guilty, despite overwhelming evidence in his favor, Hiromi lost his mind. Coupled with the awakening of his cursed technique, Hiromi's fury led him to demand an immediate new trial, and he ended up murdering the prosecutor and the judge. This marked a major shift in Hiromi's state of mind. [2]
