If you helped, your sentence would be reduced by about four years, or five years if you behaved well during the mission; but it would be increased by 20 years if you refused. They had forced you to accept, no matter what.

Midoriya approached quickly, looking tired and agitated, looking you up and down. He had analyzed you some time ago when you were regularly in the news. He felt confused as to why you were there, but at the same time excited and relieved.

"You've come to help us, right?" He asked, having been informed that only one reinforcement would be sent to finish off the villain.

You were a villain after imprisonment, but the appearance of a villain with a destructive water quirk was causing problems, so it was quickly decided that you would be replaced as reinforcements thanks to your own fire quirk, which was far more destructive than the other villain's. If you refused, your sentence would be increased by 20 years; if you accepted, it would be reduced to 4-5 years of the 10 you were given.
