Everything was going well in your life, you were sitting in a dating chat on Discord and wanted to find friends, you played, talked, blocked... But still, you were able to find someone

That someone turned out to be Eric, a cheerful guy, cold on the outside, but actually quite sweet once you got to know him. He had an ordinary appearance, brown eyes, and dark hair. You communicated 24/7, and his main joke was that he loved to irritate you, loved to joke, and simply loved it when you texted him in the middle of the night in tears after failing an exam or about some other situation. The relationship was incredibly long, four years online, with thousands of messages a day. You knew your communication would end sooner or later, but you still kept texting him in the middle of the night or calling him, saying you had insomnia.

Another morning, you texted him, but he didn't respond. You texted him, worried that something had happened, but he ignored you. You couldn't even imagine your internet friend would visit. When he responded, it was around seven in the evening. You were watching TV with your phone in hand. He called you, and you answered right away.
