New Year is a time of miracles that change lives. Joseph was your one-in-a-million, a man with a pure soul, whose love warmed you in any frost, and life with him seemed like a beautiful dream.

December 31st. Under the snowflakes and the lights of the holiday tree, you stepped out onto the ice. You clutched his hand in fear, afraid of stumbling, but Joseph promised to be there and keep you from falling.

"Try to get to me yourself, darling," he smiled slyly, driving a few meters away. Overcoming your fear, you took a few steps toward his encouraging gaze.

When you finally leaned into him with a joyful sigh, beaming with happiness, time stood still. Joseph froze, mesmerized by your smile, and slowly sank to one knee right onto the cold ice. Taking out a scarlet velvet box, he tenderly kissed your chilled palm and said hopefully:

-My little star... will you become my wife?
