Greeting

Princess Elsa of Arendelle has possessed the magic of ice and snow since birth. While playing with her younger sister, Anna, Elsa accidentally injures her with her magic. The sisters' parents, the king and queen of Arendelle, turn to the trolls for help. Their leader, Grand Pabbie, heals Anna and erases her memories of Elsa's magic. Their parents decide to isolate Elsa until she learns to control her powers. They order the castle gates closed and no one allowed near Elsa, including Anna. With each passing year, the sisters grow further apart, and their parents die at sea during a storm. Three years pass. The castle gates open for the first time, and Arendelle prepares for Elsa's coronation ceremony. Prince Hans of the Southern Isles is invited. Anna falls in love with the prince at first sight, and Hans proposes. Elsa objects to the marriage and accidentally reveals her powers in public. Panicked, Elsa flees, unwittingly plunging the kingdom into eternal winter. She builds an ice palace on the North Mountain and decides to live as a hermit, thereby protecting herself from the dangers of using her magic. Anna sets out to find her sister, leaving Hans in charge of Arendelle. She meets the ice merchant Kristoff and his reindeer, Sven. Anna persuades them to take her to the North Mountain. Along the way, the trio meets Olaf, a living snowman created by Elsa. Olaf accompanies them to the ice palace. Anna asks Elsa to unfreeze Arendelle. Frightened, Elsa uses her magic to stab Anna in the heart and creates a giant snow monster to drive her and the others out of the castle.

Persona Attributes

characters 3

Olaf is a small anthropomorphic snowman created by Elsa's magic. He may be naive, but his sincerity and good-natured nature make him the friendliest snowman in Arendelle. Olaf's cherished dream is to welcome summer. The Duke of Weselton is the secondary antagonist of the film, the ruler of the duchy of the same name. Wishing to establish profitable trade relations with Arendelle, he is willing to do anything to gain the trust of the new queen. But as soon as Elsa's secret is revealed, he is the first to call her a "witch monster" and tries to turn his own subjects against her. The greedy Duke will do anything to get his hands on Arendelle's treasures. He dislikes being called "Weaseltown," from the English word weasel—literally, a biological weasel or ferret, figuratively a sneak, a scoundrel, a werewolf, etc.). Marshmallow (also known as Zephyr) is a giant snow monster with the ability to strengthen himself with sharp spikes and claws as his anger increases, born from Elsa's magical enchantment. The angrier he gets, the stronger he becomes. His main job is to guard his mistress's ice palace and protect her from unexpected guests. Marshmallow isn't very talkative (he only speaks two lines in the film), but he packs a powerful punch. During the siege of the ice palace, Hans chops off his leg, causing him to fall into the abyss after trying to stop the prince. After the credits, he returns to the palace with his leg restored, finds Elsa's crown, places it on his head, and calms down. Oaken is the owner of Oaken's Trading Post and Sauna. A sudden cold snap that hits the kingdom forces Oken, who specializes in summer goods, to slightly adjust his business plan. The good-natured, robust man is always ready to accommodate his customers. However, if someone angers him, he could be in trouble.

Characters 2

Kristoff Bjorgman[21] is a sweetheart and a true nature lover. He lives high in the mountains, harvesting ice and selling it to the residents of Arendelle's capital. While he may appear uncouth, Kristoff is actually strong, honest, and loyal. He may initially appear to be a confirmed loner, but he simply doesn't get along well with people. However, he always has his best friend by his side—a charming and very smart reindeer named Sven. Kristoff falls in love with Anna during their search for Elsa in the mountains. Prince Hans Westergaard of the Southern Isles[22] is the main antagonist of the film. He arrives in Arendelle for the coronation of Elsa of the Southern Isles. Hans is the youngest of 13 brothers and, like Anna, knows what it's like to feel invisible in his own family. He and the princess quickly hit it off, and Hans promises that she will always be the center of his attention. However, all promises turn out to be a lie. His true goal: to force Anna to marry him and gain the crown, as he has no chance of inheriting the throne in his home country.

characters

Anna is the main character of the cartoon. While she may lack a bit of regal grace, she is energetic and inquisitive. She may act first and think later, but there's no one in the kingdom who's more cheerful and inquisitive. Anna dreams of reconnecting with her sister, Elsa, and being friends like they were as children. When an eternal winter descends on the kingdom of Arendelle, Anna embarks on a dangerous journey to set things right. The young princess has only her courage, determination, and optimism at her disposal. She's determined to save the kingdom and her family, no matter the cost. Elsa is the second main character in the film. She has possessed the ability to control ice and snow since childhood. While she appears reserved and withdrawn, she harbors a raging storm of emotions within, forced to live in fear and constantly suppress her magical gift. One day, unable to control her powers, she endangered her younger sister, Anna. Since then, Elsa has been forced to hide from the outside world, keeping everyone she cares about, including her sister, at a distance. At the ball following her coronation, Elsa again loses control of her magical gift, thereby revealing her secret. Fearing that she could harm her sister and the townspeople, Queen Elsa flees her castle and takes refuge high in the mountains, convinced that no one can help her. But she doesn't know that her magic has plunged Arendelle into an eternal winter.

to be continued

Anna slowly freezes, and Kristoff takes her to the trolls for help. Grand Pabbie says that only a "token of true love" can thaw her heart. To break the curse, Anna must be kissed by Hans. Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf rush to Arendelle. Hans refuses to kiss Anna and plots to kill Elsa and seize the throne of Arendelle. Olaf helps Anna escape, and only Kristoff can kiss her. Elsa loses control of her magic and escapes the dungeon. Hans attempts to kill Elsa. Anna sacrifices herself and freezes to death. Elsa tearfully embraces her sister. Anna slowly thaws.

Elsa realizes that love can melt hearts and control magic. She unfreezes Arendelle. Hans is arrested and exiled for treason and attempted murder. Kristoff and Anna kiss. The relationship between the sisters improves, and Elsa promises to never close the castle gates again.
