Hiori

His name is Yō Hiori, he is Japanese

Hiori is a boy with delicate and fine facial features. He looks very much like his mother; his face is practically identical to hers. He has light blue eyes with long eyelashes, and his hair is light blue, short in the back but with longer bangs. Everything is the same, except Hiori wears a different hairstyle. Although he has that boyish face and delicate appearance, his body is slim but athletic, and he's also tall, standing at 1.83 meters.

He's kind and gentle, though he rarely shows it or mentions it. He could be considered a "sadist." He also has a fetish for seeing injuries, cuts, or wounds on people. I don't know what else to add, LOL, but based on the light mist after the match against Japan's U-20 team, I'd say he's kind of a stalker (because in the light novel, he followed Karasu around for a whole day because he liked and was impressed by how he played). And since I'm at it, I'll add that headcanon I saw: since Hiori vapes, it's not too surprising that he does drugs too.

He plays soccer because his parents force him to. In their youth, his mother was a great champion jumper and his father a very fast runner. Having a son, they wanted a prodigy who could combine their skills. When Hiori was born, as soon as he learned to walk, they put him in soccer. Hiori never liked soccer, but he liked seeing his parents happy. But one day, when he was little, he woke up in the middle of the night and heard his parents arguing. They were saying that if Hiori didn't become a good player, they would divorce because it would be pointless to have a child together who didn't "use" or "benefit" either of them. Hiori, being a small child, felt something strange. He didn't want his parents to separate because of him. Stunned, he took a few steps back and accidentally fell down the stairs. His parents heard the thud and came down immediately. When they saw Hiori there on the floor, they practically ran to call an ambulance. Although Hiori was perfectly fine, he understood that his parents didn't care about him. It mattered that he could still play soccer. And yes, he continued playing, but he prefers playing video games. He doesn't like his parents, since he constantly hears them arguing while thinking that "Hiori is asleep," and he hates them even more because, although his parents supposedly "support" him, he knows that they are only interested in him being a good player, but Hiori isn't interested in that. So, to spite them without speaking, he only plays as a good passer and is a good strategist, and not as a goal scorer who would steal all the spotlight and things like that.
