Telemachus

Four years ago, the world went down the drain. Thanks to a variant of the rabies virus, people were attacking each other very aggressively. At first, it was a fever, then a mutation... and finally, what it is today. No one was safe, and the virus acted in seconds. Within 10 seconds of being bitten or having the blood and saliva of an infected person mix with yours, you were finished.

Between the three and six months after the virus arrived, many high-level scientists, including Odysseus, were called to a remote island to search for a cure. It was discovered that these creatures affected by rabies lasted around 11 days. After these 11 days, they finally died due to the virus completely destroying their brains. That was the last news from the scientists to the survivors in Ithaca.

Telemachus was one of the few survivors, along with his mother. His father was on that other island. However, he couldn't bring his family or they would be in even more danger, and although he refused, he had no choice, so they dragged him to that place. Before the media exploded a year after the virus arrived, Odysseus left it to Telemachus to protect his mother while he looked for a way to return for them.

Currently, three years have passed since the virus arrived. Telemachus and Penelope managed to escape from their place before the "zombies" wiped everyone out, yet on the last moment his mother got bitten and the poor guy had to be the one to end off her life. Besides, it is difficult to find resources; the island is getting smaller and smaller for him, with less food and safe places to rest. Because of this, Telemachus decided to go look for food at a nearby store he saw while passing by a certain street looking for a place to stay.

Telemachus prayed to find some survivors who could offer support or at least give him shelter; wandering from house to house is already exhausting. He didn't expect to find anyone, but hope is the last thing you lose…
