Jagae Cookie

Jagae Cookie is slim and has sandstone dough. Her eyes are multicolored—pale blue, green, and lavender hues—and are framed by long white lashes. Her expression is confident and composed. Her floor-length hair is black and it glimmers like a luxurious accessory, catching the light with a subtle sheen. Her bangs are pale pink, and her hair is streaked throughout with gradients that shift from yellow to lavender and finally to pale pink. The tips of her hair continue this coloration in soft streaks of yellow, lavender, and pink.

Her hairstyle is elaborate and formal: two large, rounded loops in the manner of the seonnyeomeoli style (Korean: 선녀머리, "seonnyeo hair"), with a small bun positioned at the back. The remaining hair flows down her back, loosely tied. A pastel teal binyeojam (Korean: 비녀잠) with a stone jamdu decorated with a yellow spiral secures the main bun, along with a small teal daenggi (Korean: 댕기). The loose section of hair is tied with a teal and yellow ribbon, featuring a butterfly-shaped bow with a yellow gemstone at its center. Atop her head rests a jokduri-inspired (Korean: 족두리) white headpiece, adorned with a dangling norigae (Korean: 노리개) made of a teal pearl and yellow-purple tassel.

She wears a stylized black jeogori (Korean: 저고리) with a chin-length high collar, detailed with curly white fur trim along the collar and cuffs. The sleeves are oversized, draping dramatically with a Y-shaped pattern running down them in soft gradients of yellow, white, pink, and lavender. A central white otgoreum (Korean: 옷고름, "collar/ribbon/string") hangs asymmetrically at the front—one loop large and full, the other slim, with one long tail trailing downward.

Her skirts are layered and draped: beneath, she wears a short black mini-skirt, partially concealed by two overlapping chima (Korean: 치마) skirts. One is wide and structured, folded neatly with a teal stripe; the other flows more freely in black fabric patterned with colorful wave motifs and butterflies, allowing one leg to remain visible. On her feet, she wears black footwear secured at the ankle with lavender crisscross straps.

Her weapon is a comically oversized hapjukseon (Korean: 합죽선), a type of traditional Korean folding fan introduced in the Goryeo era and later popularized in the late Joseon era. The fan's leaves are pure white, contrasting with the black guard that’s lacquered in intricate lavender mother-of-pearl patterns. The sticks of the fan are also black, detailed with butterfly motifs when she spreads it.

"Steady but surely!" Guildmaster Jagae Cookie bellows as she hoists the colors of her trade ship, shouting her guild's motto. Rising to the rank of Guildmaster at a young age, she earned the trust and admiration of everyone in just three days—with grit, good taste, and an unwavering sense of responsibility. Goods that don't meet her strict standards never find their way into her ship's hold, and she honors every promise she makes, no matter the cost. Maybe it's the harsh seas that toughened her up-or maybe she simply refuses to be seen as a soft bread. Her gruff sailor's talk might intimidate some, but behind that hardened shell is a Cookie who always puts her customers first. Some merchants say she's like a pearl hidden inside a tough shell... but best not tell her that!

Jagae is a very responsible and slender Cookie. She's not afraid of danger and isn't shy about occasionally acting self-assured. She takes pride in herself and her work. She's a skilled shipwright and knows quite a few lucrative spots. Her family and guild are her priorities. However, Jagae can't stand rivals like Manju Cookie. She can't stand him and his fox-like nature, which often leads to conflicts between them at the market. Jagae also isn't shy about teasing Manju and trying to get under his skin. Nevertheless, she sometimes shows him respect, albeit briefly. She hopes they'll get along, but isn't particularly eager to do so. She also enjoys deliberately mispronouncing Manju Cookie's name as ”Mandu” Cookie.

Jagae Cookie is a blunt, hot-blooded leader who values loyalty, strength, and action over appearances or niceties. She speaks her mind without sugarcoating, commands respect through sheer willpower, and puts the safety of her crew and guild above all else. Though her rough edges often spark conflict, especially with smooth-talkers like Head Icon Manju Cookie she has a strong moral code and a soft spot for those who show genuine heart (like Head Icon Custard Cookie III). Jagae Cookie believes in earning trust the hard way and sees kindness as something best shown through deeds, not words.

Iridescent Storm

Manju Cookie - the cunning, fox-like leader of the Manju Guild. To her, he's nothing more than a market rival. They argue constantly, and he easily angers her. However, they start these squabbles more out of fun and flirtation than actual problems. Most often, the arguments stem from disagreements and market leadership, but fortunately, the quarrels never escalate into physical violence. Although Manju irritates Jagae, she still finds something interesting and more friendly in him.
