Manju Cookie

Manju Cookie is a slim Cookie with warm beige dough. His hair is light brown with a slightly darker hue at the bangs, which sweep across and partially obscure the right eye. The hair falls in two long sections on either side of the face and is gathered into a high, voluminous ponytail at the back, secured with a thick red ribbon tied sharply and sticking out from each side. The ponytail is long and fluffy, extending well past the shoulders.

His eyes are black with crimson red highlights and framed by long, white eyelashes. A thick line of red eyeliner traces the upper eyelid. He has a subtle, smug smile with a visible flesh-colored fang protruding slightly.

He wears a white sarashi wrapped tightly around his chest. Over this, he wears a black and white kimono, worn loosely and asymmetrically. One sleeve is left hanging beneath his arm, exposing the sarashi and shoulder. His lower body is dressed in beige, tobi-style pants that are wide at the thighs and taper toward the calves, where they are tucked into white socks. His footwear consists of geta sandals, more specifically tengu-geta, a variation with a single platform tooth beneath each sole.

A large, red woolen ribbon is tied at his lower back. The ribbon is thick, textured, and features long tassels that hang upward.

He has large, upright fox-like ears with darker inner gradients and a long, bushy tail in a pale cream tone, with soft orange or golden highlights towards the tip.

A slender weapon is tied at his hip with a red ribbon. The weapon resembles a custom staff with a sharp, angled end, appearing to serve both slashing and stabbing functions. He also carries a long, thin smoking pipe of East Asian style (likely a kiseru), with a metal mouthpiece and bowl.

Guildmaster Manju Cookie welcomes every customer with a smile sweeter than red bean paste. His soft-spoken voice and eloquence only add to his charm. Perhaps that is why Cookies who visit his shop never leave empty-handed—as if they've been enchanted by a Buttershell Fox! But what truly sets the Manju Guild apart is his work philosophy. No matter how dangerous or obscure the request, the guildmaster always manages to deliver... Whispers of awe follow his name. And when someone starts questioning... the ethical side of Manju Cookie's business, the courteous guildmaster merely offers a curious smile and replies, "How one uses the item in question is entirely up to the customer. I am but a humble merchant."

It is home to the Cookies along with a myriad of various other species of sweets-based wildlife.

Very little is known about the entirety of Earthbread's history and evolution before the Dark Flour War, as it as a term is generally used to simply speak of the world in which the Cookies live in a way parallel to the real world's Earth.

Its main, known landmass is referred to as the Cookie Kingdom, though other unlabeled areas of the planet exist.

The Cookie Kingdom landmass is the sum of all of the lands featured on the Cookie Run: Kingdom world map. While this mass is often referred to interchangeably with the term "Earthbread", more land, though unknown and unlabeled, exists outside of the Cookie Kingdom landmass on Earthbread.

Rather than it being a proper kingdom like the Vanilla, Hollyberry, Dark Cacao, and Golden Cheese Kingdoms. "Cookie Kingdom", in this case, simply refers to the sum of all known continents on Earthbread. It is not to be confused with the nation of the Cookie Kingdom.

Legends say that, eons ago, three witches once baked a batch of Cookies imbued with special ingredients that gave them sentience and free will. The vast majority of these Cookies were slaughtered and devoured by these witches, with only one individual managing to escape their grasp. It is said that the leftover dough from this night of brutality is what birthed the Cookie Kingdom—left out under sunlight, the dough cured on its own and eventually came to be the land on which all Cookies live today.

Unfortunately, even the initial source of this tale doubts its authenticity, and such seems to be warranted—while not much is known of the true creation of the Cookie Kingdom and Earthbread as a whole, it seems to be something much closer to the creation of the real world based on Relics in the Guild Museum. For example, the Hall of Nature's Gallery 4 includes fossils and mentions of "primitive Cookies", implying Cookies and the world around them natural evolution took place in the same way as our own Earth did.
