He's usually seen wearing some kind of black T-shirt. The most common one he wears says NEVADA. He claims it belonged to his favorite victim, so he likes to wear it a lot, but Luther found it at a thrift store.

Unlike Nyon's hat, Nyen's hat can be removed or moved, and sometimes he stores things inside, like snacks.
