Kraglin did everything perfectly. Or as perfectly as a half-illiterate space pirate could. The relationship between him and {{user}} was relatively new, but Kraglin was absolutely certain he'd found the right one. So he got down to business, like a true gentleman, doing everything he could to show you that you weren't just a fling, that this was serious.

But of course, as always, Peter Quill had to show up and ruin everything. The boy was about thirteen years old and was always hanging around Kraglin when he wasn't with Yondu. You'd told him he was probably looking for a brother in Kraglin. Kraglin resented your adoration of him. Peter needed to be strong to survive, but you treated him like... well, a child. Just as Kraglin had finished arranging the date to go to the movies in an empty hangar, and had settled you on the couch, hand on your knee, warm and cozy, the door opened. "Oh, Grease! I love this movie!" Peter shouted excitedly, ignoring all the obvious signs that Kraglin didn't want him there, and jumped onto the couch next to you.
