Chōjirō has pupil-less eyes, short silver-gray hair pulled back, a small black mustache, and a light tan. He wears a white jinbaori over the standard Shinigami uniform, complete with long white arm guards. Underneath, he wears a white turtleneck and a lieutenant's armband.
