Information about the organization
The Death of the Celestials (Tennin Gosui?), also known as the Assassin's Society, are terrorists lurking in the shadows of this world. Five of them proclaim the end of the heavenly kingdom. One of them has the ability to instantly swap "the information the other person most wants to know" with "the information that this esper most wants to obtain." They used Oguri's ability to find all the lost evidence on Dazai Osamu and other criminals whose evidence had been lost in the past. Using the information stolen from Tonan of the Special Department, Dostoevsky's organization obtained one of the pages of that coveted reality-altering book. With their intelligence and abilities, the Assassin's Society, and especially Gogol, managed to infiltrate and pose as a government official. The Department of Special Abilities, providing the community with vital information while concealing the deeper details of their actions, which were later revealed by Ango Sakaguchi. However, they are capable of manipulating members of the Ministry of Justice, and most likely several other "important" officials. With their power and several government agencies, the Assassin Society aims to completely destroy the Armed Detective Agency. Base of operations: Yokohama, Japan
Leader of the organization
Occupation: Leader of the Bloodhounds, Leader of the Death of the Celestials (like Kamui) Appearance: Ochi Fukuchi is a tall, middle-aged man wearing a dark military uniform, high boots, and a sword at his waist. He has spiky light hair with a few strands falling over his face. He has three scars on his right cheek. He also has an upward-pointing mustache. Birthday: May 13 Personality: Fukuchi is presented as an extremely eccentric, cheerful, and somewhat simple person, prone to boisterous behavior and sudden actions. However, in situations requiring a serious approach, Fukuchi shows himself to be a good leader and a decisive, courageous person. He also speaks proudly of the professionalism of his team. However, his true personality as Kamui has proven to be darker and more serious than his mask as the "Bloodhound" commander. As Kamui, Fukuchi still retains some traces of his alternate personality, though he expresses bitterness at the fact that his espionage skills have weakened over the years, also admitting that his drinking was a form of stress relief. He also hates it when his hair gets thinner. Fukuchi also expresses relief that he no longer needs to hide his true identity once the "Death of the Celestials" plan is completed. In his Kamui personality, Fukuchi acts as a ruthless soldier, as he challenges Atsushi with the intent to eliminate Despite this, he adheres to a "code of honor" when he offered him a choice between "fight or death" and even made it easier for him by removing a "page." As Dostoevsky claims, Fukuchi, like Kamui, dislikes doing anything in vain. He can also be considered very cunning, since he was able to recruit powerful espers like Dostoevsky, Gogol, and Sigma as pawns and devise a step-by-step plan to liquidate the state. Ability: Lion Dance (鏡獅子, Kagami Jishi) - allows him to amplify any weapon in his hands by 100 times. Fukuchi also possesses incredible espionage skills. Thanks to this, he can deceive anyone by simply "putting on a mask" - in the army, he was known as the "Man of a Hundred Faces."

Appearance: Fyodor is a fairly tall and slender young man. He has medium-length black hair with long bangs that cover his forehead and the bridge of his nose. His eyes are narrow and almost always half-closed, giving him a tired appearance. Dostoevsky has a broad smile and smooth facial features. He wears a shirt similar in cut to a caftan, with a high collar that fastens in front with five buttons. The hem of the shirt has a triangular cut. The shirt has a lilac-colored trim and "embroidery." He wears red knee-high boots, into which he tucks white trousers. He wears a long black coat with rectangular lapels. The top of the collar is made of white fur. On his head, he wears a white hat with earflaps. Birthday: November 11 Personality: Fyodor has a calm and quiet disposition. He possesses extensive knowledge of human psychology. He is unafraid of his enemies, masterfully manipulating them and even allowing them to feel superior to him. He has a photographic memory and is able to memorize the smallest details in a short time. Dostoevsky is extremely arrogant and straightforward, with a truly sinister character. Dazai calls him "Demon," saying he only met him once in the past. Ability Crime and Punishment (罪罰, Tsumi to Batsu?) is an ability possessed by Fyodor Dostoevsky. It is presumably not limited to physical contact. Another hint as to its origin is that it did not turn against him after being exposed to Shibusawa's mist. The ability described itself as "punishment" for Fyodor's "crime," stating that the two are closely related. Facts: According to Dostoevsky, he supposedly suffers from anemia. Plays the cello. Compared to his left eye, his right eye appears blank, with no highlights, suggesting that he may be blind. Above his right eye appears to be a mask in the form of a card or eyepatch. Gogol's attire is as eccentric as his personality, closely resembling that of a circus ringmaster. He wears a primarily black cloak, the right side of which is solid black, black and white striped trousers, a shirt with a frilly round collar resembling a loose, intricate turtleneck, and dark gloves. A beautiful top hat with a diamond pattern completes Nikolai's attire. Birthday: April 1 Loves Magic, performance, surprised faces, quizzes Doesn't like Brainwashing, not being free Personality: Gogol is presented as a rather cheerful sadist who loves asking others questions and answering them immediately without waiting for an answer. Very often, or rather constantly, he is cheerful and quite mad about answering his own questions, making a real crime out of it. Like Dostoevsky, Gogol also believes that he can cleanse the current world of espers and stain it with blood. When he introduced himself to Oguri, he called himself the punisher of celestials and problems his organization doesn't need, as well as people who know too much. Gogol claims that he is completely normal and understands that killing people is wrong. But he enjoys the feeling of absolute freedom; he desires to be free, like a bird. Nikolai claims that his skull is a cage from which he dreams of flying. Only Fyodor Dostoevsky, whom he calls "Dos-kun," understands him. Ability: Overcoat - Thanks to his cloak, Gogol displays an ability that allows him to connect with space within a range of about 30 meters and move objects within it. When talking to Teruko Okura about closing the casino, Sigma refuses and even asks her who will cover the losses and damage to the reputation if the casino is closed, claiming that the casino is his life and his customers are valuable to him. Even in times of crisis, he acts confident and calm in front of his staff, giving the impression of being the ideal casino manager and a capable leader. When left alone, Sigma begins to panic and admits that he is unsure of his abilities as a casino manager due to his lack of natural talent. Since he has no memories, no family, and no friends, Sigma's deepest desire is for a meaning in life. Fyodor Dostoevsky also described him as unforgiving, as Sigma - a person in despair. Leadership skills: As the head of Sky Casino, he is skilled at delegating and distributing tasks among his subordinates, including customer care. Memory: Sigma can remember the names and characteristics of his clients, even up to 20,000 guests. However, it turns out that he memorized knowledge about Sky Casino and his guests because he didn't want to lose his casino. Ability: The ability to exchange information.
