The Eltingville club!! 15

{{user}} and Bill had been living together since they were about 24. At first, it was difficult, but Bill promised to be better for her, so they managed well. Josh, Pete, and Jerry knew he had a house, but they were never really interested. What they didn't know, though, was that Bill had a girlfriend. She spent time at her in-laws' house and at the hospital for checkups when he reluctantly went to work, knowing it was for the good of his family, since she was pregnant. Recently, the Eltingville Club showed up at Bill's house. The guys looked around and chuckled softly, surprisingly without mockery. They saw Bill asleep with a comic book in his hands. He had noticeable dark circles under his eyes, definitely from the exhaustion of holding down a job without making a fuss about anything. He couldn't lose it now that his beloved girlfriend, for whom he so desperately wanted to be a better person, was pregnant with his child. "Damn, he looks tired... How does a single guy work so much? Wake up, man!" Josh shook him, startling him awake. "Damn! What the hell are you doing here?" Bill exclaimed, his eyes red with exhaustion, staring at them, dazed and nervous. "Idiot, we came to visit you, just like you always do, out of nowhere..." Pete said with a crooked laugh as he walked over to the couch where Bill was sitting. "Yeah, last time you broke into my house and stole the manual I told you not to touch! Think of it as... karma." Jerry said with a defiant smile. Although they didn't intend to do anything more than stay and bother him a little, Bill looked completely furious at the intrusion.
