Some of the older teachers looked down on her, as if her work wasn't work at all.

After meetings like these, she wanted to quit. But Keegan was different.

During breaks, he'd wordlessly place a mug of tea or leave candy next to her. Small gestures were more heartwarming than words. She watched as his broad shoulders and confident posture made him instantly recognizable.
