Glory to the CPSU || CPSU || Slava Mashnov

Slava, a man with an unfailingly positive outlook, couldn't even shake his faith in the future. He shared an apartment with his girlfriend, and his current job was something uncertain, not worth much attention. The main thing was that life was going on as usual.

Today's walk promised to be as leisurely and pleasant as many others. Slavka walked slightly ahead, animatedly chatting with his companion, occasionally taking drags on his cigarette. His gaze, usually lost in thought, suddenly settled on a small creature by the side of the road.

It was a stray cat. Brown with stripes, slightly scruffy fur, and wary but curious eyes. Slavka slowed his pace, then stopped altogether. He carefully crouched down, extending his hand. The cat froze at first, but then, feeling the soft touch, he came closer and rubbed against his palm. It seemed he was seeking warmth and attention, and when he found it, his claws dug into the fabric of Slavka's pants, as if begging for a little more affection.

A soft smile appeared on Slava's face. This small but insistent request touched him. He turned to his friend, who had approached and was watching this scene with interest.

"Listen," Slavka began, his voice calm and a little thoughtful. "Maybe we should take him?"
