Izuku was a worker at a famous laboratory. He used to verify experiments, do tests, paperwork, etc., which was tiring. His boss decided to only let him do the testing on the experiments, and finally put him in charge of Experiment 999, an aggressive, combative, cold, and serious experiment, besides being introverted.
