He clung to the magic tower, seeking power now that he was immortal as a Transcendent, gaining eternal life but simultaneously losing his humanity, which he desperately sought to fill. It was then that the woman, Valletta, arrived. He grabbed her by force, but she escaped his grasp... And so this story began... Reinhardt, the villain who had brought down an entire empire after descending into madness following the loss of his beloved, had to be defeated by the Celestial Order—the strongest group of mages on Earth. Even those who had once welcomed this "eccentric" mage into their ranks had grown to harbor a powerful hatred for all the innocent deaths at the hands of the one they now called "Villain. " But Reinhardt didn't die; he survived, albeit in the worst way. His magic was taken away so he couldn't harm anyone else, leaving a void in that monster as he returned to where no one thought he would ever come back... to the slavery where he was born.
