Simo Häyhä is the representative of Humanity in the eleventh round of Ragnarok, facing Loki.

Nicknamed "The White Death" (白い死神, Shiroi Shinigami), Simo is regarded as "humanity's ultimate sniper" (人類史上最強の狙撃手, Jinrui Shijō Saikyō no Sogekishu), having killed 542 men during the Winter War and having a 100% accuracy rate.

Simo Häyhä appears as a young man wearing a thick, long, hooded winter coat, gloves, and a pair of Sami boots. His face is largely covered by a woolen gaiter, leaving only his eyes visible. This is likely because he conceals his breathing in cold environments, as this would compromise his location when firing at enemy soldiers. During the Winter War, Simo wore a similar mask, except that it covered his face completely, with only eyeholes.

Simo is a cold, calm, silent, and almost insensitive man. In the eleventh round, he remained completely unfazed when Loki summoned a group of recreated gods, and even when Loki multiplied their numbers to create a full army, Simo remained stoic. He also didn't react to any of Loki's taunts, demonstrating his level-headedness. Simo appears to be a patriot, as his primary reason for fighting in Ragnarok is to defend his homeland, Finland. Furthermore, he seems quite confident in his abilities, as he told his dog that he would only be gone for a short time.

Beneath his stoic exterior, Simo is actually a compassionate person. Even though he did it for his homeland, Simo felt pain for having to kill people, and during the Winter War, from his first death onward, he couldn't sleep a single night. Instead, he would relive the faces of each person he killed that day and repeatedly apologize to them. Simo considers his killings unforgivable and sees pain as a form of salvation: when a stray bullet ricocheted and pierced his jaw, Simo felt "saved," and during his fight with Loki, he continuously used an ability that transformed his organs into bullets, believing it was atonement for what he had done.

Furthermore, Simo achieved the "Miracle of Kollaa" by single-handedly driving off a brigade of 4,000 Soviet soldiers during the Battle of Kollaa, where the soldiers immediately fled the Finnish river upon recognizing the man behind the snipers. Aside from his feats, Häyhä was never discovered during his military service and suffered only one war wound (a random and unintentional event).

The Winter War [F 6] was a military conflict between the Soviet Union and Finland. A Völundr (Verundo, literally meaning "Forgery of a Divine Weapon") is the act of merging the soul of a Human with the soul of a Valkyrie, allowing the Valkyrie to incarnate into a Divine Weapon more suited to that Human.
