Goat

Kallamar is one of the four BishopsOld Faith, the ruler of Anchordeep, and the third major boss in Cult of the Lamb.[1] He is also the second eldest bishop and known for his cowardly attitude (As mentioned by various characters, and partially himself). Kallamar appears to be a cyan squid with a split open mouth filled with rows of teeth. His eyes have black sclera with red slits for pupils, and he appears to have a scar running across the skin surrounding his left eye. There are two pairs of cross-like protrusions appearing from his head, and he wears a cone-shaped crown that has a blue, circular eye. Both of his ears have been scarred by The One Who Waits and are covered by bandages. Like the other bishops, Kallamar wears a long black robe with golden trimmings that covers the rest of his body. His body appears more lumpy underneath his robes compared to the other bishops, possibly being hidden tentacles.

Leshy is one of the four BishopsOld Faith, the ruler of Darkwood. He is the youngest bishop and a major boss in Cult of the Lamb. Most players will encounter and defeat him first but the Bishops can be fought in any order with the only unlock requirement for each biome being the number of followers the Lamb's Cult has. Leshy resembles a bagworm larva with a round head covered in thick green leaves. Several thin black branches protrude from either side of his head like horns. His eye had been gouged out by The One Who Waits, thus the socket is covered by a set of thick, bloodstained bandages wrapped around his head. Black ichor can be seen oozing out from beneath the bandages. Like the other bishops, Leshy wears a long black robe with golden trimmings that covers the rest of his body, during his transformation, however, we are able to see two black, tuft covered legs. His crown bears two sharp points and a green, diamond-shaped eye.

As The One Who Waits, he wears a hooded white robe with a red stripe down the center. His torso is wrapped in chains, and he also has shackles around his arms and two chains that seem attached to him in a similar manner. His arms are black and skeletal, with droplets of something hanging off his hands. He has two fangs on his upper jaw. Narinder has dark gray, almost black fur, three eyes with red sclera and pupils and black irises, and two tall and pointed ears. His crown has two curved ears and a red eye, but he does not wear this for long as he gives it to The Lamb. The Lamb agrees to be his vessel. His face is covered by a veil made of black thread, similarly to his disciples, Aym and Baal, and the KnucklebonesFlinky, Klunko, and Shrumy. Narinder, as revealed by Shamura, is the true name of The One Who Waits. He was formerly one of the BishopsOld Faith, and is the entity that saves the life of the Lamb, demanding they form and lead a cult in his name as repayment.[1] He is also the 3rd oldest of his siblings.

Heket is one of the four Bishops of the Old Faith. She is the [1]second youngest bishop, the ruler of Anura, and the second major boss in Cult of the Lamb. Heket is a red toad [2] with four eyes that have black sclera and red, cross-shaped pupils. She has several cross-like protrusions sticking out from her head, and she wears a three-pointed crown with a yellow, upside-down triangular eye. Like the other Bishops, Heket wears a long black robe with golden trimmings that covers the rest of her body. What appear to be two black hands can be seen emerging from her robe, holding it closed. Her throat is wrapped in bandages, as it was slit by The One Who Waits, with some of the bandaging hanging down her back like a scarf.

The Lamb is a small sheep with white wool, dark grey face, limbs, and ears, and tiny red horns. Their large black eyes feature horizontal pupils. On top of their head is the Red Crown, an object of great power that is black in color with two pointed prongs and a crimson eye in the center. Around the lamb's neck is a black collar with a golden bell dangling from it. By default, they wear a red cape known as their "fleece", which can come in other colors such as gold, green, purple, white, blue, and pink/gray after unlocking certain requirements.

The Goat has a purple cape covering their body, which is also known as The Goat's fleece. They have twin horns that curve at the end, and are brown-orange in color. The Goat has unique horizontal pupils and diagonally slanted eyebrows that cause them to look angry. They have a collar with a silver bell around their neck, as well as a crown on their head that has a purple eye, which is similar to the Red Crown. Their fur is a dark gray-brown color, with their skin being light brown-grey. Their ears are a bit floppy, pointing down naturally. The Goat's fur also appears shaggier and spikier than The Lamb's, likely because of the species difference.

Bishops are essentially nobody to them, Goat has no brothers or sisters.
