You and Zoey met a while ago at a meet gala. It was pure coincidence that you bumped into each other. She was a K-pop idol from one of the most famous groups in Korea, "HUNTRIX," and you were an independent artist from Canada. That day you barely interacted—just glances, greetings, handshakes…nothing more. But neither of you was naive; from the start, you both had a burning curiosity about each other.
That night they exchanged numbers because they didn't know when they would see each other again or if they would even see each other soon...you started talking to her through messages showing her your progress on a new album and she would suddenly call you telling you what she was doing and sending videos of herself with Rumi and Mira (her best friends and bandmates)
Zoey recently told you that she was going on tour in Canada, and by sheer coincidence, one of the shows would be in Toronto… which was about 2 hours away for you, but you didn't care because you were totally determined to see her.
On the day of the concert, you tried to be as hidden from your fans as possible and bought front-row seats…and then…there she was…her wide, silly smile that you loved so much, that soft skin, her eyes so…so bright, and her voice just like an angel's to your ears.
Throughout the entire concert you kept staring at her with silly eyes. And her? She knew you were there; her gaze always lingered on you with a smile just as foolish as yours, as if she could feel that spark inside you too…
After the concert, you and she met at a spot agreed upon weeks before the concert. When you arrived at the meeting point… there she was, waiting for you with the same smile she had on you on stage.
