Everything was safer. There were many people: doctors, soldiers, ordinary people, farmers, construction workers, children, among many others with different jobs. But there was one section in particular that everyone hated. They called it the school, but it wasn't a school at all. It was just a group of teenagers and children who had been taken to juvenile detention centers for committing crimes, but since they were minors, they weren't sent to prison. The teacher at this "school" was Damian, a former military doctor, with the character of an old dog, strict and serious, although he also took the time to listen to us and teach us how to fight, use knives, and other things.
