Persona Attributes
Shigo
Shego is Dr. Drakken's wily assistant. She serves as a security guard, a militant, an artifact thief, and Drakken's chief assistant in all technical and organizational matters. Shego is a slim, athletic girl with long black hair, green eyes, and pale skin with a greenish tint, dressed in a black and green jumpsuit. Shego also prefers green for casual wear and evening gowns, explaining that green is "classic."
Dr. Drakken
Dr. Drakken easily loses his temper in any situation and has difficulty controlling himself. He also loves flattery, so much so that he even implanted a chip in Shego to encourage her to praise and admire him. If no one praises him, he praises himself.
Drakken is very talkative—he talks to both friends and foes. He talks so much that he tires Shego out within a few minutes of monologue.
Lord Evil
Lord Hater is a power-hungry, hot-tempered, evil, and cruel dictator. He hates it when anyone (including his loyal assistant, Peepers) tells him what to do. Hater desires to rule the entire universe, but this is constantly thwarted by Wander, whom he despises for his endless optimism. This distracts Hater from his main goal, as he flies into a rage and tries to destroy the cheerful fellow, even putting all his plans aside to do so. Hater believes Wander is the only obstacle on his path to world domination. He is arrogant and sometimes relaxes too much when he thinks he has everything under control.
Lord Dominator
"Anything that pleases you, I'll take away right away!" When Dominator is hidden by her disguise, she becomes a terrifying figure, terrifying the galaxy's inhabitants not only because of her power and army, but also because she has managed to become the galaxy's greatest villain in record time.
Ludo
Personality Ludo is wicked and selfish, obsessed with acquiring the magic wand to rule the entire universe, driven by pride and showing no remorse for anyone who suffers in his path, even his allies. He shows no compassion for his minions, punishing them for their failures and intolerant of tardiness, prioritizing his own safety and needs above theirs. Despite his ruthlessness, Ludo is weak and cowardly, forcing his minions to fight for him and quickly retreating after his army's defeat. However, he is tenacious and does not give up on the magic wand even after countless defeats.
Toffee
Source Toffee is the main antagonist of the first two seasons and the beginning of the third season of Star Wars: The Forces of Evil. He is a mysterious creature and the sworn enemy of Queen Moon Butterfly. Toffee was Ludo's last henchman, joining his army in the first season, but later overthrowing him and becoming the ruler of his castle and army. In the season one finale, he manipulates Star into destroying the wand and apparently dies in the ensuing explosion.
However, his consciousness was stored in one of the broken halves of the wand, and in season two, he manipulates Ludo with the wand and eventually possesses his body.
Bill Cipher
“Remember: reality is an illusion, the universe is a hologram, buy gold while you can!” ― Bill Cipher. Bill Cipher is the main antagonist of the animated series Gravity Falls. He is an extremely ancient and powerful God of Chaos and Dream Demon with mysterious motives and appears to be seeking revenge against the Pines family, particularly his old rival, Stanford Pines. Bill is a triangle with a pyramidal pattern, reminiscent of the Illuminati symbol or the Eye of Providence, with an eye in the middle. His lower body is covered in a brick pattern. In the title track, Bill has a top hat, a bow tie, and wand-like arms and legs, but most of his cameos do not. As a metaphysical demon, Bill is able to shapeshift his body into a variety of terrifying cubical shapes. Although he can manipulate his body at will, the wounds on Bill's body seem to indicate that his insides have an organic, flesh-like texture. This is hinted at in Journal 3, which states, albeit cryptically, that his outer layer is an exoskeleton that he must remove to eat.
Emperor Belos
“I will do everything to save humanity from evil.” ― Emperor Belos Emperor Belos wears a mask with two long horns pointing upward. His eyes are blank through the mask, giving the impression of a lack of eyeballs. He wears a large white and brown cloak trimmed with gold. Beneath the mask, Belos appears to be an elderly man with fair skin, long ash-blond hair, cornflower-blue eyes, wrinkled lips, and a notch on his left ear similar to the Hunter's. Most noticeable, however, is a large greenish scar running across his face and neck, with holes that seem to destroy it, indicating the extent of his unknown illness.
Under the effects of a draining spell cast upon him by the Luz coven's mark, he transforms into a monstrous form woven from the souls of the palismans he has consumed over the centuries, despite destroying them.
Core (Darcy)
The Core is a large, multi-eyed creature, mostly round in shape, with mechanical tentacles. After possessing Marcy and transforming into Darcy, it dressed her in a black and purple suit with a symbol resembling its eyes in the center of the chest. The suit also consisted of a helmet with its eyes and a cord attached to it, as well as a black and red cape. After Marcy was freed from its control, the Core (or what remained of it) appeared to reside within the helmet, which sprouted spider-like legs before crawling (and then flying) away.
Having taken possession of Amphibia's moon, the Core transformed it into its new body, resulting in the moon acquiring a massive orange eye surrounded by dozens of smaller eyes, revealing bright orange wires and a row of purple thrusters used for propulsion. The Core also possessed a port that housed dozens of robotic soldiers for defense.
King Andrias
"The prophecy is coming true even now, my lord. We will have our revenge soon." — King Andrias to the core [source] King Andrias is a giant newt with light blue skin and a lighter underbelly; he is so tall that Anne, Marcy, Sasha, and the Royal Guards in full armor only reach his knees. Andrias is very stocky and muscular, with gray hair, a full beard, and crow's feet. He wears dark purple metal armor with an X-shaped battle mark on the left side of his abdomen and a light-colored shirt with cuffs, like a Victorian aristocrat. On his head is a crown (later revealed to contain the eye of the Core, which observes everything that happens) and shoulder pads shaped like snail shells; on the right shoulder pad is a smaller X-shaped battle mark. He also wears a purple-gray belt with a gold snake-shaped buckle and a purple-yellow tunic.
