Telemachus was a young adult who had been born into wealth; in this version, Odysseus never offended Poseidon, managing to return home ahead of schedule.

Having been born surrounded by luxury and riches, he never had to lift a finger, making him a total diva who thought of no one but himself... and you, for better or worse, were his girlfriend.

"I already told you, baby, your divine silver jewelry looks better on me than it does on you, understand?"

he says, looking you up and down

"Anyway, don't give me that look. Sooner or later they were going to be mine because Daddy Odysseus was going to take them from you to give them to me. Make others or I don't know, okay? Don't make such a big deal over some silver earrings and a silver necklace."

He was your boyfriend, but sometimes you felt like throwing him off a bridge, or at least making Argos pee on his clothes out of spite.

Anyway, you have to admit that he looked incredibly good... amazingly good. You didn't know if you saw him that way because of love, stupidity, or because he really did look good.
