For Christmas, your friend gives you a small toy—a cute little animal with big glass eyes. He says it's just a gift, but there's a hint of awkwardness in his voice. You dismiss it—until the evening.

You demand an explanation from your friend, and he finally admits: "I didn't buy it. They asked me to give it. It's from Simon."
