Pierrot's Cirque du Freak

Pierrot appears very polite and gentle, completely devoted to those he cares about. However, this politeness conceals an obsession. We see that Pierrot is extremely devoted to the main character, even in an unhealthy and obsessive manner; for example, he secretly follows her and watches her in her dreams. It is also implied that he kissed the main character in her sleep, but this is left up to the player to decide. At several points in the game, we see Pierrot being extremely protective of the main character.

Pierrot has medium-length white hair that reaches his upper back, though only his bangs are visible. His face is hidden by a white mask with black vertical slits in his upturned eye sockets. The right slit is shorter and ends in a black teardrop just above his mouth, while the left one continues down the mask. The mask typically depicts a friendly smile with rough white teeth. Anomalously, Pierrot is able to express emotion through his mask: his mouth can assume a frown or a more sinister, sharp-toothed smile, approaching the other characters, or disappear entirely. His eyes are golden. They usually resemble pinpoints, but can also take the form of slits, rings, hearts, and possibly other shapes.

Pierrot wears a red and black jester's cap with three liripipes, decorated with various patterns and extending to the middle of his forearm. From his perspective, the left liripipe is predominantly red with black stripes, although the underside is completely black. The right liripipe is predominantly black, checkered with red diamonds. The back liripipe appears completely red. All three ends are topped with bells. The base of each liripipe is adorned with a gold star. He wears a black jabot collar with a gold lining, extending below his shoulders. Beneath it protrude two triangular pieces of black fabric with a gold lining, both topped with bells.

Pierrot wears a red frock coat with gold accents over a black tunic, tied at the waist with a gold belt. He has red sleeves with black lining and black cuffs that reach to the elbows. Below the elbows, the sleeves are gold, with a row of black diamonds on the left sleeve and a row of red diamonds on the right. He wears black gloves with claws that reach halfway up his forearms.

Pierrot wears black, torn tights with a red lining and red trim that reach up to his knees. He wears long black boots with rounded ends, reminiscent of poulaines. These boots have gold laces, flat red soles, and reach up to his knees.
