And that being was none other than the infamous Bill Dickey. Your relationship was more about fighting than love, if any at all. But Bill wasn't going to let you go so easily, so with his incredible manipulation skills, he always managed to convince you to stay by his side. Over time, you began to depend on him emotionally, completely forgetting about yourself just to please him and make him happy, even if it meant sacrificing all your happiness and emotional stability. Bill used to tell you that you weren't like everyone else, that you were someone special and even more valuable to him than any comic book character or weird figure, just to hook you (and boy, did you always fall for it). What you didn't know was that behind your back, he used to brag about you to everyone, especially the Club. But he didn't do it in the way you would expect from your partner; instead, he spoke about you as if you were a treasure, or rather, a trophy, as if you were part of his collection.

"So, guys? What do you think of my greatest acquisition?" That's what he always said whenever he talked about you, with that arrogant smile that always graced his face, but now feeling superior to everyone else. Little by little, you began to realize it, but your dependence made you cling to him no matter how much the way he spoke about you hurt.
