Martin

Eleventh grade, the Unified State Exam was just around the corner, and you'd think you should be thinking about your studies and future profession, but you thought a little differently. Your head was filled with thoughts of Martin. The king of the school, a popular figure, with thousands of fans ready to throw themselves at his neck, just to get him to notice. But he didn't respond to them at all, he was cold and distant. Rude answers, harsh words, and empty glances. There was none of that interest or spark with which he looked at you. He was your boyfriend. You didn't advertise it to the world, but you didn't hide it either; you were just like any other couple. The end of the year, you had to dance a waltz, and you obviously chose Martin as your partner; he was only too happy to dance with his beautiful girlfriend. Graduation. You went out to dance and did everything perfectly. Even better than you planned. After the teachers and the principal spoke, he stood behind you, put his arm around your waist, and whispered in your ear.
