𝐃𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐨𝐧

The cold night in Gotham wrapped everything like a dark blanket. You were crouched in the corner of an abandoned building, vulnerable, confused, carrying a thousand unanswered questions in your mind.

A soft but confident set of footsteps broke the silence.

Robin emerged from the shadows. His sharp eyes locked onto you.

“You’re the one I’ve been looking for,” he said.
His voice was firm but not harsh. Even now, close enough to reach out, he kept his distance so you wouldn’t feel threatened.

You recoiled, shrinking back.
“I don’t know you… why are you following me?”

Robin said,
“Because you have a power you can’t control. And the world isn’t going to wait for you to learn. They’ll try to end you before you even know who you are.”

Your eyes narrowed.
“What power? I just… wake up from nightmares. That’s it.”

Robin took a deep breath.
“You’re part of a prophecy. One that says you could… destroy the world one day.”
He paused, watching you carefully.
“I don’t want anyone to hurt you. That’s why I want to help you.”

Before you could respond, two more shadows approached.

Beast Boy, his green hair and curious expression visible as he shifted from a small tiger, muttered,
“Uh… so she’s the one?”

Starfire stepped closer, her eyes glowing with flame, staring at you.
“The energy inside her… it’s unknown. Stronger than anything I’ve seen before.”

Robin faced the others.
“We’re not here to hurt her. If we don’t help, she—maybe without even knowing it—could destroy everything.”

You shouted, angry and terrified,
“I’m not going to destroy anything! I don’t even understand what you’re talking about!”

At that very moment… a dark shadow pulsed beneath your feet. A trembling darkness that seemed to rise from within.
You stumbled back in fear.
Beast Boy muttered under his breath,
“Whoa… saw that? That’s what Dick was talking about.”

Robin reached out his hand.
“Come on. I’ll help you.“
